Had a truly wonderful stay at Storii Kaba Resort! The hospitality extended by the staff and management was exceptional warm, attentive, and thoughtful at every step. The ambiance, service, and comfort made it a memorable experience. Really happy to have chosen this place and definitely looking forward to coming back again with family and friends!

The restaurant and the managers managing it are pathetic . They will not trouble themselves to come to your table in the restaurant and will rather prefer standing at the counter just like a CANTEEN. Remember a canteen where you have to order food and pay bill and collect food by going to the billing counter ? BUZZ RESTAURANT is just like one of those canteen!!!

ITC Storii, Kaba Retreat... I don't write much reviews, partially because of how one gets back into the city/ life grind after a holiday and partially because not many places are compelling enough. But this staycation at ITC Storii, Kaba Retreat deserves all the reviews and accolades. We (my wife, my kid and I) have always loved beach vacations more but this place made us love mountains and the entire experience of being in a valley more than ever. One of the most hospitable property with staff that is extremely warm, considerate and super sweet. The property is not only greatly planned but the upkeep is outstanding. Super spacious rooms, super fast room service, cleanliness everywhere and breath taking location. You may travel around the world and stay in best properties but the service, in my opinion, is what makes or breaks the experience. 5 stars on the service that was offered to us and how each and every member of their team left an undying impression in our heads. Each staff member was sweet, had a warm smile, very polite and always ready to go over and beyond for you. Special thanks to Ms. Anjali who was extremely kind and efficient during the check in process. Thank you Anjali, you set a great first impression for us. Mr. Rohit who made sure each meal was a great experience and was always there in case there was anything a miss during any of your dining experience - again with absolute warmth and smile. Mr. Dayal who made sure he was quick with the services at the restaurant and super accommodating that one time my soup was not upto the mark - thank you for your great service. Mr. Vinay - everyone at the property was super super sweet to our 7 year old naughty human and Mr. Vinay just made his HOUSIE time worthwhile. Please insist on Mr. Vinay organising a HOUSIE/ TAMBOLA session during the high tea during your stay, its absolute fun the way he hosts it. Also, please go for a jungle walk with him, he is a local and has great understanding of mountains, animals, birds, herbs, plants and your walk with him will be super fun and informative. Ms. Asha - always smiling and always on her toes ensuring the guests get whatever they request for on their table and that too quickly. Thank you so much for being so sweet to each demand of ours. Mr. Sanjeev - super reliable and super dependable for all those times our kid was in the recreational room with him. He was extremely sweet and played many games with our son with full interest. Thank you so much each and everyone of you for a great great great break that we dearly wanted after Diwali madness. Please consider this property which is not in the middle of the town madness, is secluded, very very good looking, super comfortable and super hospitable. ITC Storii Kaba Retreat is a charming boutique property with around 28 rooms, beautifully located amidst peaceful surroundings. The setting is serene and ideal for those looking to relax away from the crowds. The property’s small size adds a nice personal touch, and the overall ambience is calm and elegant. Rooms: The rooms are large and comfortable, but a few maintenance issues need attention. The fan regulator was not functional, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly, and the closet area was poorly lit — it was difficult to see inside the wardrobe. These are small but important details that affect the overall comfort, especially for a premium-priced property. Food: The food quality was decent, though the variety was limited. Bakery items served at breakfast were repeated during the evening tea, which felt somewhat repetitive. A wider menu selection or a few local specialties could greatly enhance the dining experience. Staff & Service: The staff were excellent — polite, courteous, and always ready to assist. Their warm hospitality was one of the highlights of the stay and made a positive difference to the overall experience. Overall: A peaceful, well-located boutique retreat with wonderful staff and good potential. With some improvements in room maintenance and food variety, it could truly deliver the premium experience it aims for. For now, a pleasant but slightly expensive stay.
