Novotel Birmingham Airport recensioner

Good value for money but just be aware of the parking situation. The only option is Birmingham Airport parking. Whilst you receive a 50% discount staying at the hotel, it could really add up if you stayed for more than a day or two

The hotel was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were smart and quiet. We had an evening meal which was beautiful.

I rang ahead and asked if I could check in 20 mins earlier but that was extra £20. Was given room 400 but was dirty. Moved to room 435 which was opposite lift and an accessible room. Facilities included tea/coffee, ironing board and safe. The room faced the departures area of the airport. There is a bar & restaurant on site. The room itself was quiet and sound proof from airport noise. Staff seemed friendly enough. But the hotel is more 3 star than 4 star. Convenient for the location.

Hotel is just within walking distance from the airport. Early check-in is charged with reasonable fees. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The service was great, staff on site were very helpful. The rooms were clean as well. Great stay

The hotel is very close to Birmingham International Airport. The room is clean and a bit overpriced.

Location is Key for this hotel if you don’t want to travel more then a few footsteps, the receptionist was helpful and had room keys in a matter of minutes. Room was fresh and up to date, comfy bed and large tv located on the wall. only downside would be that the towels were really dated and rough. Restaurant and bar was chilled overall my stay was pleasant and relaxed. Will be booking for all future trips

Check-in和check-out手續簡單快捷，員工有禮，酒店房間整潔、衛生和非常舒適。最吸引是步行5分鐘便可到達伯明翰機場，超級方便。會再選擇再次入住。
