Hotel Salona Palace

Best bits: small boutique hotel - only 47 rooms set in well manicured gardens; friendly staff throughout the hotel; fantastic pool/jacuzzi/spa and comfortable loungers; excellent breakfast and snack menu for lunch and good evening a la carte menu; small supermarket/bakery /pharmacy opposite; located 20 minutes outside Split but easy access by local bus (stop outside hotel €2.50/person) or Uber €8 (cheaper than taxi); beside one of the main archaeological sites. Bad bits: none really but more clothes hangers in wardrobes would help!!

房間很普通，就是三星級的標準。訂它是因為圖個停車方便，去老城不遠，自駕15-18分鐘。早餐很一般。這個酒店接團隊比較多，到了高峯期連坐的地方都沒有。在克羅地亞境內住宿，攜程的單酒店給我安排在電梯口。這次給我安排在餐廳旁邊，早上有點吵。攜程在國外不如在國內話語權重。不過攜程的服務非常好，這要點個贊。不推薦住這裏。

酒店距離斯普利特老城還是有點距離的，不過對於自駕的人來説還算方便，這個酒店可以遙望斯普利特，停車場很大，酒店早餐很一般，但是住宿來説酒店各方面還是符合四星的基本標準吧

Great place far from the busy center but closed to the airport which was very convenient. Transfers are organised. Wonderful swimming-pool. Good breakfast. Superior rooms are much better. Thanks for the upgrade! Parking much appreciated too. A good experience.

Bathroom had mould and towels had makeup on them. Reception are rude. We called to see if our expensive shampoos we left behind were still there and they threw them out apparently or staff took them. Didnt call to let us know or hold them on the side like most places do. Wont be staying there again and hope you dont either.

This hotel is excellent. Staff is friendly and courteous. Have been visiting for the past 7 years. Always clean and comfortable. It is convenient to get to the city centre. For the high season, it is reasonably priced. Will definitely be back again.

Stayed here for last two days of a 10 day trip to Croatia with an adult family of six. Lovely smaller and quiet hotel, grounds around pool area very attractive and well kept. Lots of loungers at pool area. Although signs said no food amend drink except from hotel, we had no problems drinking from our water bottles. Also in the wellness area at the back of the pool area there was a water cooler to get water from. Pool was not massive, but plenty big enough, the jacuzzi was good, and again quiet. Inside the wellness area was a small pool another jacuzzi a sauna and Turkish steam room (not recommended as was very dark and smelly). Bedroom was clean, spacious and very comfortable, Balcony view was nice, only negatives were shower pressure quite low, towels had seen better days, and air con could have been a little colder, having said that I slept well. Breakfast was good, although a fairly small choice, it was more quality over quantity. Scrambled eggs were particularly nice! The reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Let's start with the positives. Reception staff wonderful. I belive I mostly dealt with Anna marie who was amazing. Room was nice comfy bed, spacious balcony and a very relaxed vibe. I had inconvenience at breakfast being served undercooked food however it was resolved and the hotel apologised gave my girlfriend and I a bottle of wine and some cheese cake. Also positive is you get free transport to the beach Negatives - Being served raw chicken Serving staff didn't seem to be bothered by the raw food. Over priced restaurant especially as the centre of split is like a 15min drive. Being told you cannot have your own food and drink in the restaurant I understand but by the pool I think is a joke. Especially as it's like 35 degree heat and I'm told I'm not allowed my bottle of water. Like come on, water is essential this should be the exception. Also booked an excursion through the hotel and the company they used forgot my partner and I and had to rearrange a date, not sure if it was the hotel's fault but if they use a company they are partly responsible. I also think breakfast was a bit boring. Additional Info - Excursions are more expensive if booked through the hotel Always use Uber so you don't get ripped off.
