酒店工作人員特別熱情，非常貼心，提供了很多幫助和支持。房間的設施非常新和乾淨，minibar品類豐富，價格合適。Spa也很驚艷，竟然只有我和我愛人兩人使用，汗蒸、水療、泳池也很乾凈，還有冰桶挑戰，簡直太棒了，哈哈哈哈。值得一提的是早餐，種類豐富且味道也很符合中國人的胃口，自己可以榨橙汁也很有特色。不知道我們會不會是來自中國的第一條評論，但酒店真的令人印象深刻，下次還來！

Genuinely lovely hotel and staff. Immaculately clean. The breakfast is outstanding! And the chef at the restaurant is clearly very passionate about his trade. Everything was perfect for a two night trip for me and my elderly mother. They couldn’t have been kinder and nicer. Highly recommend. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food and bar tenders fantastic. Great value for money. Pool is one of the nicest I’ve swam in. The don’t forget the lovely gym area and sauna and indoor pool and spa area as well as outdoor pool. This is not a party hotel. It’s more family and older (wider) folks. Right beside the promenade but we lived the hotel so much we barely left. Great WiFi. Beds are fine. Spacious balcony. Quiet hotel.

Beautiful, magical, and amazing all around! This town is stunning, and this property only further complements the experience a guest will have in Port de Soller. The front desk is second to none. In my travels around the world I have never experienced such a kind, helpful, and responsive reception staff. The pool area is lovely and full of comfortable and plentiful sun loungers. Cocktails are absolutely top tier! The breakfast is plentiful with options for all preferences, palates, and backgrounds. Some of the special features include champagne and freshly squeezed juices. There is a very tiny workout space with functional equipment and a luxurious wet area featuring a steam room, sauna, hot tub, and various hydrotherapy options. The hotel will happily coordinate a massage at guests’ leisure. Rooms and bathrooms are sizable with plenty of storage, bathtubs, and beautiful sea views, regardless of room location. The hotel is a two minute walk from the main promenade and features a supermarket and laundry service with a few blocks. The only complaint I have about this property is the tire hallway carpets, which are in need of a refurbishing. Outside of this, we were so thrilled with our stay and cannot wait to return to this property in this magical community !
