Visited multiple times. Fantastic small hotel with nice staff, good quality food and high quality rooms. Especially the ones overlooking the ocean. Good tip is that pool is heated, so works great in shoulder season. Would go again with family.

Wonderful hotel, with friendly helpful and honest staff. Great breakfast options, the restaurant is rightly one of the busiest on the sea front. We arrived early for check-in due to only being able to get the red eye flight. Arebela on reception was helpful and welcoming. We provided a fresh cava buck fizz to ease us into filing the paper work. The room wasn't ready ( nor should it have been!). Our bags were taken in and we were promised a call as soon as the room was ready. We managed a 10 minute walk when the call came.....excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with a huge shower, double sinks and a fabulous view over the bay of Port de Soller. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and ensured a great nights sleep. The facilities in the room are excellent. Due to the time of year the balcony didn't get the sun during our stay but in reality that was a boon. The hotel has a great 5th floor amenity with a gym, seating area, fuzbal table, jacuzzi and sauna. The pool area is small but is a sun trap and has plenty of luxurious seating. The restaurant fayre was very good and served by the most relaxed and pleasant staff. For a short break, this was the most relaxing and chilled out comfortable experience we have had in a long time.

Hotel was in a great location with the beach just out the front door with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Ample parking in the back of hotel. Greeted with friendly staff and a glass of cava. Rooms were spacious and had a balcony overlooking the port...beautiful views. Breakfast was included and was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again...Mallorca is beautiful!

Nice situated hotel with fantastic personal. We had a junior suite with balcony towards the sea. Nice wake up each morning and 100 m or less to take a bath. Breakfast is a big 5, with all you can wish for, nice presented and always filled up. Swimmingpool available but not a hit, in fact just not worth it. Small gym on the top floor with minimalistic equipment. These 2 things take down the value of the hotel. Also the fact that they offer you club membership on your last days with 50% of for parking and free 3-course dinner if you rebook for at least 5 days, why don’t they just give you that option from the beginning, now you just get a bad feeling which is no good and gives bad reputation, by spread of word. Send an e-mail to the management 2 days before we left after 12 days, but still no answer, really bad.

Excellent hotel with extremely friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much. Thank you Africa for all the info. Fantastic location, the beach is right outside your door. In a relaxing part of the Port. Close to the main part of town, the port itself and also the tram to Soller. The room we had was spacious and extremely comfortable and hotel facilities were perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay. We look forward to returning.

The rooms spacious and extremely comfortable and hotel facilities were ideal, everything we needed. Were made to feel really welcome by everyone in the hotel, from the breakfast service to the night time reception, a lovely group pf people. Soller is stunning and we will definitely go back and stay at this hotel.
