Zeus Essence Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa

The hotel felt like a 3-star hotel. The hotel itself is quite worn out. The breakfast was bad; the omelet tasted like it was made from spoiled eggs. There's no designated smoking area outside. Everyone was smoking right at the entrance, and we had to breathe in the stinking smoke.

The room is quiet and clean. Reception lady is very nice and provided razor and toothbrush as per my request. The shuttle bus pickup and dropoff service is very good! The shuttle bus helped me a lot when I need to transfer at MXP airport.

The location is good if you have the flight at Malpensa Airport. The building is quite old but everything work well.

Fine location, 10-min drive from Malpensa airport (also possibility of free shuttle). Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast. All what you need before/after the flight! Highly recommended

Everything is great

I would say this is one of the most satisfying airport transit experiences! I arrived the MXP airport at night and they provided free shuttle service until 11pm, the driver is polite and responsible. The receptionist was nice and efficient, she managed everything as quick as possible. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful recovering night here before the flight in the next morning. The breakfast included in our package was the icing on the cake. Various options on both foods and drinks, high speed on refilling, proactive assistance whenever you need, and even freshly made waffles. They have all the elements that you will want from a hotel in airport. I will revisit here if I need to transit through Milan!

Good sized room , impressed with sizing of both rooms, clean however the carpets in lobby etc werent clean therefore a certain smell, front desk very responsive and no language barrier

We needed a night's stay to make our trip back home from Milan airport. Hotel was far from the train station, about 1.5km and we had to walk through a rather shady neighbourhood. Food choices was limited to one restaurant at the hotel and the nearest restaurants are about 1km away from the hotel which wasn't good for us as we didn't drive. Best deal with this hotel was the free airport shuttle and we got to the airport on time and with no issues :) thank you for that!

Only what i dont like the hotel deos not have pool and spa, other way everything was good.
