Holiday Inn Express Milan - Malpensa Airport recensioner

Conviniently located near Malpensa Airport. Just 3 minutes by foot to free shuttle bus to both terminals. Good breakfast. Soundproofing could be better. Complimentary bottled water not provided anymore.

I booked the hotel for friends. They told me the hotel is good. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is close to the airport

Very well located between T1 and T2 terminals of Malpensa airport. Free shuttle is handy (stop Casa Nuevo). Breakfast is plentiful and replenished fast. Staff from cleaners to receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. Local restaurant - Samarcanda (5min walk from the hotel) is a gem. Pre booking a table is recommended. Will stay again. Pillows and mattresses are too firm.

Great location with 24/7 free shuttle. You need to take the free shuttle that goes between the two terminals and get off Casa Nuevo bus stop. The journey is not longer than 3-4 minutes and the walk to the hotel from the bus stop is another 2-3 minutes.

The staff are super nice. The location is so convenient for travellers.. its about 35 drive to Lugano. There are free shuttle to airport but you need to check the time in advance. We have ordered seafood pasta from the hotel restaurant . Its super delicious.

Walking distance to the bus stop where you can take free shuttle to and from Malpensa Airport. Had  a great time staying at this hotel. They serve the best lasagne.

reasonable price compared with others, you have to walk around 8-10 minutes after riding the free transport provided by airport authority from airport, breakfast not much choice, very basic.

Would have liked to get a coffee while waiting for room but all machines had been turned off some electric works which is just unfortunate timing I suppose. Otherwise all very good😊

Located next to Milan Malpensa Airport. Free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. There is also a nice pizzeria nearby.

The room was very bad. The WC have a bad smell , wifi not working, I can’t find a service in my phone

It was a convenient night to arrive on time to our scheduled flight. Good food, kind and helpful staff.

Quite a nice spot if you have to catch an early flight at Malpensa. Although there’s no shuttles provided by the hotel, the airport terminal bus is very convenient. The station “casa nueva” is between terminal 1 and 2, very convenient to reach and it takes only 3 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant, but the buffet breakfast is simple and nice. There are some restaurants nearby within 5-min walking distance, great deal and tasty! The bed is super large and the shower is very comfortable. The only problem is probably the Wi-Fi, a bit slow and difficult to catch the signal in rooms.
