Phong Nha Jasmine Hostel & Rooftop Bar recensioner

This family run hotel/homestay is located on the main(well only tbh) street in Phong Nha village, short walk from the ticket office for the phong nha caves. It features a rooftoop bar with really nice view, nice (and deep) pool, and a comfortable room(our was looking over the pool). Most of all the family running the place are very friendly and helpful. The reception has loads of brochures for all kinds of tours and they can also help you with booking buses. The breakfast is simple, but tasty. Overall, recommended.

Amazing place to stay on the strip - staff incredibly helpful. You are surrounded by bars and restaurants and it is so close to all the excursions. Highly recommended

The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

Room was clean and tidy, Aircon was powerful. And the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Great stay over all with no issues, we arrived in the early hours of the morning (3am) and was able to check in. The breakfast was also a nice touch in the morning

Good location in phong nha. Great customer service and a good breakfast available on the rooftop. Great views and very spacious and clean rooms with instant hot water.

Double room was super spacious and well equipped, and the small buffet breakfast on the rooftop was a great start to the day! Was given some incorrect information about transport from one of the staff so would recommend to double check with nearby tour companies.

櫃檯小姐姐和藹可親，家庭式經營，可以感覺得出老闆有很用心經營，可以租摩托車，巴士票也可以請飯店代購，直接到飯店門口接上車。

За свои деньги отличный отель. Простенько, но чистенько. Ребята очень помогают по любым вопросам - за это прям 5 баллов! Завтрак очень простой. Рядом невероятные красоты и пещеры.

Hotel bueno, bonito y barato. La atención y amabilidad de recepción es destacable, ofreciendote de todo y más... Nos sorprendió la amabilidad en todo momento incluso dándote de todo, agua, ducha... Buena elección por el precio tan barato
