Excellent location, spacious bright clean appartment, balcony overlooking greenery at back, birds singing all day, beautiful pool area, abundant flowering plants and lemon tree. All within 5 mins walk are: lovely beach with clear turquoise water and white sands , multiple restaurants in the marina area and a few supermarkets and shops. Great value and would highly recommend for the price. Kids 10&11 loved it.

Lovely stay here at club ciudadela apartments. We booked direct, arrived after midnight. There was a note left at reception with our room number- our key was left in our door (Over an hours transfer- taxi back is 50 mins) No air con (but we knew this!) ceiling fan, and stand alone fan. Which was perfect. This is a great base. Central to the harbour. The rooms are very spacious, but basic and also a balcony. The beds aren’t very comfortable…. But that’s really the only negative I can say. The kids said they were fine…. The pool is very quiet, but nice. 2.20 meters deep! The kids had a great time in there. Didn’t spend a huge amount of time here as we hired a car for 3 days and travelled around some of the island. The supermarkets are less than a 5 min walk! But when we had the car, we went to Aldi! Much cheaper and more variety. Cala’n Brut (cliff jumping) isn’t far from the hotel! Maybe 20 mins in a taxi. Defo worth a visit. All beaches in Menorca are absolutely ramo! If you want to reserve a bed, get there about 8:30am! Latest! ciutadella night market - worth a visit. Extremely beautiful. A million times nicer / more picturesque than Cala’n Bosch. This is a family run hotel. The 2 ladies are lovely, great English and really accommodating.

A lovely, quiet retreat 10 mins from the centre. Great place to relax and really friendly staff. Would recommend if you want a lovely chill! Close to public transport and supermarket and some great restaurants and bars. Good walks along the coast in both directions and lovely beaches

This was our second (and probably last) time staying here. Last year we couldn't really find any fault, however, sadly, this year was a different story, although generally the staff are lovely, the apartment and surroundings beautiful. However, the bathroom has been changed and the shower is now just a hand held thing at waist height, no good for showering, especially if you have long hair to wash, but my husband also struggled. Not ideal after a day in the sun or on the beach. Also, the wifi, although not essential, was pretty non existent until the last day, we didn't like to mention it whilst there as we had been pretty much dismissed when mentioning the shower situation. I usually hate to leave Menorca, but will be glad to be able to wash my hair properly, although we did manage to jig up an ok thing with the shower using the ladder for putting our towels on - luckily I had packed some good pegs for attaching our towels to sun loungers. In summary, if you want to stay here come prepared with strong pegs, string and plenty of mobile data if that's something you need or would just like to have.

Such a lovely place to stay, very relaxing and quiet just a short stroll to the harbour and beach. Staff helpful and polite. Rooms basic but clean.

Just back from spending a wonderful 13 nights here, the most relaxing holiday ever, very spacious clean studio safe provided free towels changed regularly lovely family run complex will certainly be going back, thoroughly recommend look forward to going back next year
