It was 31st Dec 2021 - Gala dinner, after reaching at 5 pm on 31st Dec , no tea even after 2 hrs, no co-ordination among staff , in next 2 hrs after shouting - tea and pakora served, tea served when need for it was over. Secondly for Gala dinner, snacks stall ready with non veg 2 dishes , only veg item was finger chips served for 2 hrs, Paneer came after 2 hrs with poor fill up. No board for veg or non veg, unfortunately one lady had non veg, its crime, anyway chalta hai attitude. Dinner quality was sub standard with thick rice, forget basmati even it was not sela. Gala Dinner and stay costed 9000/- per couple with a child was no value for money, atleast food service and quality. Bon Fire service, dance troop, dance floor kept everybody engaged and was good. Secondly Next Morning of 1st Jan 2021 - no tea, no coffee, Sarkari view - relative of owner or some col known to owner getting special tea for own family members, for other please wait reason : resort staff danced late night, so no tea service next day, after big shout and commotion kitchen staff woke, there were dirty dishes lying of last evening. Nobody bothered as resort staff also had to enjoy New Year Eve, so guests please manage, they are also human being and deserves enjoyment, you can please skip tea and breakfast, if you can was the attitude, no nearby tea stall, in village that you can go easily, u need to go to highway 5 km away if you want modest breakfast. So No planning for breakfast till 9 am, somebody said poori and sabji baneegi but in hurry took atta from fridge and ended with paratha with burned oil, jala paratha and paani wali chai. Fast service in next half an hour. Thank God you got something even though jala paratha and basi dahi. Activities Hot air balloon, zip line and giant wheel, all too good, but kitchen staff has no experience, nor inclination to improve or admit that this is a problem. They need a chef and a team of cook, who can run show to serve 50 people. We planned to stay for 1st (one extra day), but with pathetic food service we decided not to spoil our 1st day of new year further. Good to go for day activity not good to stay because of poor kitchen services, you need to struggle to get your tea, breakfast and meal. Go for activities but not for stay. Rajesh
