Even before booking, Rafaella was attentive, friendly, timely, courteous and answered all my questions, which was reassuring and tempting. The booking process was seamless with her. As we pulled into her driveway, she was there to welcome my parents and me with her warm, big smile - it already felt like we'd known her forever and she lived up to all the expectations and more. You take a tiny lift up to her apartment and then....Big, spacious, airy, colourful, clean and tastefully decorated, and that's just the entrance and corridor! Our rooms were within a room - Rafaella had thought about everything - a little shoe rack, a mini fridge, a stand with kettle, teas, mugs, napkins and games in a little cupboard! Extremely thoughtful and super attentive to every necessity and detail. Then our rooms! Massive! Big beds, dressing tables mirrors, side tables, lamps, TV, cupboards. And a nice big bathroom with excellent hot water and powerful shower. There was nothing missing anywhere. Then The Terrace - biiig, clean, lovely plants, a swing, two gorgeous cats and sweeping views of the sea, rooftops and Vesuvius! This is where we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast layed out by Rafaella with her love every moment (weatherpermitting) - local sweets, cheese, tomatoes, juice, cereals, bread, fruits and more. We had the best stay which Rafaella made possible - you can see her passion, love, commitment and hard work for her Vista Mare B&B and for all her guests - shevworks very hard every single day to keep up the standards. We have just had a wonderful 3 nights here and Rafaella is so welcoming and a lovely kind lady, she made sure our stay was just perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Great location very close to train station, 10min walk to the port and only a few mins to the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and immaculate and we loved the balcony area. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely memories have been made here. Would highly recommend staying here.

Raffaela is an amazing hostess. Our unit included 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed. Both rooms were beautifully decorate and spotlessly clean; one had a balcony with a view of Vesuvius. Breakfast was served on the rooftop patio, and what a breakfast it was - croissants, fruit, tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, paninis with a view of Vesuvius. As if that wasn’t enough, the location was perfect - just a block from the train station and 2 blocks to the center of town, yet on a quiet street. We can’t wait to return!
