I stayed at this hotel with friends for 4 days 12 to17 may It cost me £1192 in my room it had ants in the bathroom &round the to they wad there for 2 days the hotel is overpriced for the room that I got was out and needs updating the room they offered was 3 floors up but the lift was small & keeled getting stuck my husband is clostafobic in small lifts so we couldn’t go anywhere else Very poor service not interested in solving the problem No be recommend this hotel to anyone

可能訂的是基礎雙人房，房間內的設施真的很簡單。頂樓的早餐還可以，佈局也很老式。窗邊的座位景觀還是很好的。

很不錯的酒店，大氣，優美。前台接待的男士都很禮貌、服務熱情。遺憾的是餐廳早餐7點開始，許多客人已經等在門口了，餐廳的大門也不會在7點鐘準時打開，總要晚2、3分鐘，而事實是，餐廳的服務人員並不少。其實，即便沒有在規定時間內準備就緒，但至少應該準時開門，不要讓客人站在門外等。
