location overlooking mount vesuvius at front of hotel also mai road .dated exterior and interior. food very good mostly .restaurant extremely noises due the constant jabbering from restaurant staff .tui team here are excellent .cleaning first rate .drinks service on the night dismal very hit and miss having to sign for your drinks is pain especially when trying to enjoy your dinner .well situated for sorrento. Shuttle bus to and from ideal

Half way through our stay and wanted to leave a review. This is the first time we have stayed in a Tui blu Hotel, and it will definitely not be our last. We have been made to feel so very welcome by all the amazing staff. On arrival we were given a glass of prosecco, sat in the beautiful lounge. No queing to check in, passports taken, then keys handed out. Our room was on the top floor. As we opened our door we were so pleased to see our balcony had the most amazing view of Mount Vesuvius and the Sea. Very spacious with lovely decor, and big queen size bed. Tea making facilities Bathroom with massive double shower. Food has been excellent and varied. But the biggest shout out goes to the Tui team. They have been amazing. So very helpful, and always on hand with a smile, and eager to make your stay perfect. There are so many activities throughout the day and night, to keep you entertained. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Never known a team like it. Reception, bar and restaurant staff, are all very friendly, and make you feel special. Rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to sit out. Drinks are served there too. Lots of nice spots to lie in the sun, by pool or in gardens. Courtesy bus runs frequently into Sorrento. Public bus stops right outside Hotel. The Amalfi coast is stunning, with views to die for. And it's people are just as stunning. Don't want our holiday to end. Thank you all. Mary and Pete.

The hotel was excellent just the right size Adults only.wonderful pool and poolside bar.room was spacious and clean. Bar area also great lots of space . The best thing was the staff especially in the Restaurant the manager was excellent so were the waiters ,nothing was too much trouble what a wonderful experience.will definitely be going back .

Been coming to Sorrento for years. Found this place and thought ok let’s try. Trip here to check in was ok travel was as ever🙄 busy!! Hotel check in easy room ok ltd uk tv available room is a bit tired mattress was rock hard but strangely comfortable 🤷🏻 Pool area drinks are quite expensive personally I went to bar in reception more to offer. Buying water Really what’s all that about but there you go. Glasses please just clean and polish them they are ridiculously unclean. Food average my personal views I like crispy bacon and cooked through scrambled eggs not what’s on offer. Anyway I only came for 3 nights it was ok would I stay again 🤷🏻 Nope

We've just got back from this Hotel The positives ....... Very clean hotel , the bed linen and towels changed daily Staff were great , especially the restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough for you 5***** Pool area was nice Roof terrace was fab Food was good, plenty of choice Negative's The bed and pillows were rock hard The shuttle bus stopped at 10.30 an extra half hour be better But all in all it was lovely

Well, we only checked in this afternoon, but so far it is fabulous. I’d read some reviews before we came and wondered if we’d made a wrong decision, but so far it is brilliant. Great check in and lunch, waiting to try the evening meal and tomorrow’s breakfast, but the room is lovely, the view is spectacular, lunch was excellent, one pizza would easily have fed both of us. Will write another review when we’ve been here longer.
