Ideal location right on the sea front. Hotel staff efficient and very friendly. Food very good. Rooms comfortable but could do with more shelves for clothes, but they were cleaned with fresh towels daily. We had a lovely holiday here. Ideal place to either rest or explore the many attractions in the region. Mike and Viv

Great views and good choice of food for breakfast. However not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is no transport to the hotel. You are dropped off on the marina and have to get your own luggage to the hotel. Also if you wish to go on any of the Tui excursions you have to catch the 7.30 bus from the marina up into the town to the trip pick up point. So basically no time for breakfast. When you are dropped back at what was the pick up point you can wait up to 30 minutes for a bus back down to the Marina. If you have got good legs and like to walk then the location may not be a problem for you. The evening meals were of very poor standard and limited choice and most people only ate there on the first night or if it was raining. We took a travel kettle, but if you ask reception they do have kettles you can use in your room. This hotel is mainly in the shade, only getting the sun in the morning so possibly ideal in the hight of summer but not so good early or late season. I enjoyed my stay, especially the views however if I’d of known about the difficult accessing the excursions I would have preferred to stayed elsewhere.

Well we were not expecting such a little gem! Right at the end of the coast with absolutely stunning views over the Sorrento bay! The hotel is very clean and the bar and terrace are really lovely. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and no complaints there. The staff are super, hardworking and friendly and we had no issues at all. We booked with Tui and the rep Jen was there most days to organise trips etc. We feel the hotel is a great base in which to explore the Amalfi coast. We loved the hilly steep walk up and over the bay into the main town but it wouldn't suit those who don't like walking far. The small bay has lots of nice eateries right next to the hotel and we tried several but found great food in the main town, you're spoilt for choice. The only downside for us was that there wasn't enough shade to sunbathe on the terrace as the beds don't all have umbrellas. The beaches aren't great but then we knew it was going to be an exploring holiday. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It does need some tlc in areas like the stairways but who cares when the rooms are clean and air conditioned, spacious and with a stunning view! The location is about 1 1/2 hours transfer from Naples airport. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants value for money in an authentic location. Sorrento is so charming.

This hotel has a number of drawbacks. But my biggest gripe is that the restaurant charges for mineral water but actually serves tap water in a reused bottle. In fact it was slightly salty so may be something other than tap. I shudder to think. The room tap water was ok and the same brand we bought else where was delicious. We thought the way the waiter delivered the water was a bit odd as a made a bit of a show of opening it. A dishonest practice and a health risk. Other than that the only two times we ate on the restaurant due to bad weather it was about the same quality or less than a truck stop. Maria running the place was not impressed at pointing out the burnt to ashes shrimps. Plenty of restaurants in the bay but are over priced tourist traps. Better to walk into Sorrento. The location requires a good stiff walk uphill to the main area but worth it. Not one for anyone with mobility issues. No dangers of getting sunburn. The location at the bottom of a cliff and orientated north east means there are only a small number of hours in the morning when you can see direct sunlight. The hotel is basic and clean in the public areas. Although the live in staff on our floor made sure it always smelt of cigarette smoke. I rarely give places bad reviews unless there is something pretty in wrong - in this case drinking their bottled water is likely to be a health hazard.

After seeing the latest review I was worried but everyone has their own opinion so they say !! However there’s a friendly welcome and good service. The reception, bar , Main restaurant/ pool area is Modern and bright. The rooms are a little dated but clean but more than adequate for an enjoyable holiday to Italy. We would definitely stay here again
