This is an amazing hotel good location by the marina with all amenities room with a wonderful view, clean modern and staff attentive lovely selection for breakfast free WiFi, not so great with getting your transfers to your hotel direct as unsuitable road by marina so have to walk 20 mins up hill for closest location it seemed for most tours! Highly recommend otherwise

I think this has to be the best hotel we've ever stayed in. It's in the most spectacular location nestled against the cliff in the quaint fishing village of Marina Grande away from the crowds and traffic in the town centre, boasting mesmerizing views of the Mediterranean and the mighty Vesuvius. It's spotlessly clean and all the staff are lovely, helpful, attentive and efficient. The management team are always on hand making sure that every guest is comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast is excellent (so were the lunches) but do take time to enjoy a few drinks in the rooftop bar in the evening. The views are wonderful. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our 2 week stay so memorable.

Perfectly situated in the best part of Sorrento. We stayed in Hotel Admiral for a week whilst we explored Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, the hotel is clean and well managed, the staff all very friendly and helpful, I would recommend a seaview room with balcony as the view is stunning! The hotel could do with some updating in the hallways and bathrooms and be prepared to have to walk with your luggage as cars aren’t able to drive up the path, also the walk into town is up a fair amount of stairs but manageable.

We stayed at this hotel in the last week in April.Its a very nice hotel right on the waters edge.Friendly and courteous staff on hand at all times . Breakfast was very good but the evening meal was only fair.There are plenty of restaurants very close by.There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away where you can get the bus to the centre of Sorrento every Half hour and it's €1.50.Its a steep walk to the centre.Our room had a full sea view and the views were beautiful. We would use this hotel again for sure.

A lovely hotel directly on the Sorrento Coast. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our twin room with sea view and balcony was very clean and spacious and the view was incredible. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice including a cooked English breakfast. There is a well stocked bar. The drinks are ( like everything in Italy) quite expensive. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple of shops nearby and it is a short walk (uphill) into the town. We took a boat trip along the coast which was great ( especially the free limoncello!). Cannot fault the hotel and would love to return.

The hotel was lovely with fantastic views of the deepest blue sea that I have ever seen I particularly want to give a big thank you to Lowella She was extremely attentive throughout our stay Nothing was too much trouble for her She made our holiday extra special

Hotel Admiral is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location! The food was delicious and the service was great. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Every member of staff were amazing, especially Lorena and Sebastiano who made our holiday extra special.

We stayed for a week at this hotel ( Room 301 ), the downstairs area's are as other's have said really beautiful, buy once you go upstair's everthong changes !!!! our room the walls were full of dirty marks ,curtains had holes in them, the entrance door frame was hanging off the wall and the bathroom door frame was the same, on the last evening of our stay whilst getting out of the shower I cut my foot quite badly on the shower door frame , I reported this to one of the staff who had a odd job man come to see it , he just shrugged his shoulders as if this was ok, on another occasion when we went to breakfast we sat by a window , I looked down at the floor where I could not believe my eyes there were at least 30 dead flies, I reported this and they were just swept up. This could be a lovely hotel but it needs to be decorated through out and the cleaning needs to be done to a higher standard, would I stay here again ?? no chance.
