Sunset Home Sorrento

Exactly as it says on the tin, in the most positive way possible. Antonio and Ferdinando were a delight from start to finish. Even without a receptionist, they made you forget that was the case, anything we needed we got it in quick time. The apartment is located in the *perfect* spot in the middle of Sorrento, just 5 minutes away from the city centre. Its very clean, its a lot more spacious than my wife and I initially thought and there's even Netflix on the TV. We had a fantastic time and if we were to return to Sorrento again, this is where we'd go!

Nice balcony view. Newly remodeled. No on-site staff, but Antonio was quickly available to answer any questions or to provide travel information.

The room was modern and clean. It was close to everything yet quiet at night. This was an outstanding property and we would not hesitate to book there again. Antonio was always communicating with us to ensure all our needs were met. Thank you for making our stay in Sorrento perfect!!!

The location of the property was brilliant, being a very close walk to the main area of Sorrento. The room itself was nice, the pillows were very comfy, the balcony overlooking the sea was great too. Our host was absolutely brilliant, he checked in with us on each day of our stay to see if we needed anything - thank you so much Antonio! The only issue we had was the extreme lack of any sound proofing between rooms. We could hear our neighbours talking, we could even hear them on the toilet... it felt like we were sharing a room with them. This was especially difficult in the evenings when we were woken up be our neighbours due to the walls being paper thin. We wouldn't have minded as much, however we picked this property due to the fact in the listing, it is actually specified that the rooms are 'soundproof'. We understand in older buildings there may be limitations on how much the rooms can be soundproofed, however, if the rooms are not soundproofed at all, then 'soundproofed rooms' should NOT be a promised feature for the room. We loved our host and the room, however we will not return due to the lack of sound proofing as it was distruptive to our stay.

No sound proof, No Front desk or reception, No heating of towel rack, Sea View? : Miles away with partial sea view, No replacement of bed sheets & pillow cases for 10 nights, just a basic room share!
