Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

It is a nice place very friendly , good location convenient to restaurants , no elevator , wish wifi and tv was better

The place is nicely located. I think the room is fine and comfortable. But the amenities is a little underwhelming overall it was an okay stay.

The place is easily accessible, neat and pleasant. People are nice and approachable! Kudos to all of you!

Its a very convenient for a small family like mine. I am pretty sure. my family will definitely come back. Hope all the service and the facility will stay clean and good. Well done to all the staff!

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the waiting area had a fish tank that was extremely dirty, and the receptionists were more interested in chatting with each other than in welcoming guests. The room itself was in unacceptable condition – dirt everywhere and millions of ants crawling around, including on the bed! The bathroom towels were filthy, and we didn't even dare to eat at the hotel given the state of hygiene. Though we were booked for several nights, we left after just one. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation, a deep clean, and proper staff training.
