Everything exceeded my expectations: the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the food was varied and delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The relaxing atmosphere, the clean pools, and the spa facilities made our vacation perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back!

A lovely few days in Tunisia. A quiet getaway in the sunshine. A warm welcome from the hotel staff. Good food and great entertainment. A good selection of activities for families and those travelling without children. We had lots of fun and relaxation.

The food and drinks included in the all inclusive are sure to suit all eaters! For the plain eaters, classic chips, chicken nuggets and bread are available; with more exotic dishes also included for the more adventurous eaters! For those with a sweet tooth, freshly made pancakes and doughnuts made infront of your very eyes, are the perfect option! Every detail is thought of, from a cute ice cream kart for desert with a wide variety of flavours, to the salads presented artistically as flowers! You can be sure everyone will return to the table with a full plate! No matter what time you land, the hotel will be able to equate, with breakfast ongoing from 4am-11am, lunch 12.30pm-2.30pm, snacking 3pm-5pm and dinner from 6.30pm-9.30pm, with more late snacks available from 11pm-12pm! We have to mention our personal waiter Bourhan, who always made sure our glasses were filled with Fanta 😉!! He made our experience truly memorable and kept all 7 of us laughing at every meal with hearts made of flower petals and an array of various personal designs, whilst also ensuing our table was reserved for every meal! Also, our waiter Saif from the terrace seats, was one of the most genuine people we met there and continued make our trip unforgettable! There is no need to worry about the cleanliness of the hotel, as the most friendly cleaners are always around to ensure the hotel’s standards are kept up! We have to mention the cleaner down at the slide pool entrance, who had the entire group in stitches laughing every time we seen her! You have the opportunity to have your room cleaned every day, with the cleaners going above and beyond to make sure they have your room looking tidy in a quick turnaround so the room is available to use again asap! between folding bedsheets and towels into bows and swans, they will have you constantly entertained! Even if you choose not to have your room cleaned, they will supply you with a brand new 2 litre bottle of water every day, as a further personal touch! The pools are definitely a big highlight, with the main pool being perfect for the louder, more energetic members of your crew, with games always being played by the entertainment/animation team to get all of your energy out! The main pool also has a bar connecting it to the beach, so drinks are available less than 5 steps away! Cocktails have an additional small cost, which is well worth it when you see how stunning they are! Beside this bar is also an ongoing buffet style array of food and snacks for all of your peckish members, so you’ll never be hungry! Blow up inflatables are allowed in both pools, and are available for purchase in the hotel’s shop too! There is a smaller pool less than a 5 minute walk away, with water slides opened from 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm. This smaller pool has no music playing so was perfect for our older members who just wanted to swim and talk with no distractions! it also has a bar (Dragut snacks) beside the pool, with a waiter in a bucket ha

Ok, bad things first, its not quite 4* in the sense that it needs a lick of paint/updating so I rate it 3*, some carpets needed a clean and there was light bulbs missing in corridors. The coffee machine in the bar looked like it needed a clean which made me avoid that, and information sharing was poor, for instance we only found out on our last day that for 20dt you can hire a towel for the pool/beach and swap them for clean ones whenever you wanted, and get your money back when you returned it. There was no info in the room and the room fridge was empty other than one 2L water, you had to ask reception or read the notice board for timings of meals etc. Only other bad thing was, you only had a small selection of alcoholic drinks on the all inclusive, the rest you had to pay a fee for. GOOD THINGS - staff always very welcome. We went in June and it only cost £500-ish per person so it was cheap. The main pool was good with plenty of activities from the entertainment team but the music was blaring. We found a nice spot at the other pool with water slides which was much more relaxing , but depends what you like. The food...was mostly good, I didn't like they cooked fish with the head still on but that's my preference, there was plenty of salad, fruit was always melon and peaches/plums, not much else. Lots of turkey and fish (with heads), only a bit of beef, and chicken. Some kebab style meat and meatballs, salad and deli stuff, spagbol/pasta, soup, potatoes, chips and nuggets for kids (a lot of food needed seasoning) but honestly it wasn't bad, it just didn't set the world on fire but we accepted it as it was a cheap stay for 6 days. We didn't try the posh restaurant on site so can't comment but I heard it was mainly Mediterranean style. The beach was beautiful, white sand and amazing sunrise. ALL IN ALL, still a lovely holiday and would recommend if you're looking for cheap and cheerful
