This is a 3 start Hotel in Sousse, very nice beach. Food was excellent, we had breakfast and dinner. I our group, most of the guest stayed here before. The rooms and service are very basic, still very good value for money. Very kind staff, I would love to return.

Best holiday,, i'm from serbia and i like this hotel from last year the beach is sooo cool is just amazing and i love the animation team special fifi she is like amazing persan we spend a lot of funny times wish here we are happy thet we found her this year too From staf barr ahmed the best one

the cleaners steal from the rooms. I do not recommend. all-day noise, water slides available to the public. the locals occupy the deckchairs. breakfast terrible. you are waiting for the table, plates and cutlery! the old rooms have a stage under the windows for the evening program. terrible noise

This was a nightmare. I had to pay 70€ EXTRA for room that was almost ready to stay (the one we got before was dirty, without towels or even toilet paper). The lady that took the monety didn't give us any check, just took extra money for herself which we didn't know about. In the new room there were cockroaches, dirty bathroom. The food was always the same, boring and not tasty. I got food poisoning on third day. Just dont go there.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. This place completely ruined my annual vacation, which I eagerly anticipate all year long. The services were disastrous, the rooms were unbelievably filthy, and the pool was dirty and overcrowded with daily visitors, depriving actual guests of any enjoyment. The food was a complete disaster, posing a health risk due to poor preparation and lack of hygiene. Moreover, the staff was unprofessional and treated guests with hostility, making the stay an unbearable ordeal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone—it doesn't even deserve a single star.

Came back from it earlier today, Relieved to be back home, Good points: Great location, Lovely beach, Good swimming pool if you have kids who like to slide Bad bits : Arrived at 1am and had a very bad welcoming after a long trip The room was alright size wise for a family but was dirty and dusty with missing bulbs and winking spotlights in the bathroom WIFI works only at the reception The food was awful with same dishes every single day, Soups made from sachets, Raw chicken served now and again ( photos attached ) You struggle to find cutleries, Napkins, the stuff are running like headless chickens sweating all over the place After a couple of days we decided to start eating outside Breakfast is supposed to be served up to 10am, If you come at 9h40 you won’t have a chance to have anything cooked as the chef is already cleaning the stove Coffee machine is filled with desalinated water as coffee always tastes salty Honestly, Very disappointed

Awful. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, food was so horrible that we eat out everyday even though we paid for all inclusive. Hotel is in major need of update and deep clean, doesn’t look anything like the photos. I cried on the first night as I was so sad I’d spent money to stay here. Beach, entertainment and waiters were the only nice thing. Would never return and advise those against it.

Here are our impressions: Hotel Marabu never again, Tunisia never again, Silva Travel never again, Filip Travel never again. The receptionists on the night shift take money to give you a room that you have already paid for through the agency. The cleaning staff, in collaboration with management, steals from the visitors. The staff is unprofessional. They try to charge you twice for something you have already paid for. Our impression is that for the same money, we could have received much better service elsewhere; Tunisia no longer exists on our map of the world.
