Hotel Sonar Bangla Sundarban

The property is sprawling across in the middle of a forest like a picturque environment. It was located in the most ideal spot one could imagine. It was surrounded by tall trees which provided adequate shade. And the water body was just a stone throws’ away. There resort has several huts with slanting roofs. It was a large muddy coloured huts with a slanting roof. Lots of water bodies all around with various types of aquatic flowers blooming. There is a swimming pool with loungers for sun bathing or resting, park for the kids to play, a trampoline for the kids, a gymnasium for the fitness enthusiast, a club house for entertainment too. We stayed in the suite which was really fabulous. It was very clean and the room services were very prompt. The restaurant served a variety of cuisines and we opted for bengali food for lunch. The fish was very fresh and well cooked. The dinner was continental and bang on to the taste we get at a five star resturant. The property is being well maintained. One can even take a bicycle for roaming around the place. With such tranquility all around not only my body got relaxed in such a serene environment, my mind achieved a Zen state after so much pampering. Value for money was to the fullest and my soul got rejuvenated ***** with my body. আমি বৃষ্টি দেখেছি, ঘন কালো মেঘের সঙ্গে, এক ধাল সবুজের মাঠে, উতলা জ্বলস্রতের মাঝে, আমি বৃষ্টি দেখেছি।

Fantastic property , modern well appointed rooms, cleanliness and hygiene at par with any 5 star hotels in any city , Simple well cooked meals , Italian and continental options , well trained and courteous staff , a huge pool and beautiful landscape .. makes for a perfect holiday . A must visit !!

The cottage type room was spacious and the ambience at was excellent. The swimming pool was also a refreshing. The food was extremely tasty. The SPA was also very good.

we've spent 2 days at sonar bangla resort very peacefully. Location & natural phenomenon was very enjoyable.Quality of food,serving staff and all facilities are available conclusion I can say considering all ends it is fabulous and fantastic.

Very good property and well trained staff. The food is just too good. The morning and evenings are too good with the sun rise and sunset at your door step.

Superb stay, fantastic service, polite and highly efficient staff...all of this made our stay memorable indeed... Food is very good and the fish is very fresh.
