Emporium Hotel South Bank recensioner

We absolutely adored our stay here! Amazing location - right by the train station and the ferry port and southbank is such a great spot with the bars, restaurants and beach by the river. The hotel was stunning with beautiful rooftop pool and decor throughout our room and main areas. We were just sad it was only 1 night! We didn’t want to leave. All the staff were amazing and food and drinks were delicious!

First class food, service, amenities. The infinity pool was stunning. All staff were friendly and polite.

Staying at the Emporium is always a beautiful experience! Fantastic for business, but it is a couple blocks back from the main river walk of Southbank

This is the hotel to stay in while visiting Brisbane. The quality and service at this hotel is amazing. Also, its location to South Bank is within walking distance.

Beautiful and clean room

Chef delivered great meals at the conference hall and an amazing singer too. Overall memorable experience especially with the birthday enhancement from the hotel manager Julie manega and her team.

Fantastic location. Service was amazing, with shout out to staff - Exec Chef James, F&B Operations Manager, Gareth, Christine from the Signature Restaurant just to name a few who made our stay amazing and went the extra mile. In fact all the staff we met were really helpful, attentive and happy. Recommend the upstairs pool, the terrace bar for cocktails. Book it, a perfect escape…leave the kids at home.

Enjoyable stay

It is more an expensive appartement hotel, with a bling bling appearance than a real luxury hotel: reception is a cold corridor, not enough supply of coffee capsules, no special welcome gesture like in other 5 stars hotels, breakfast is on a noisy (heavy music) cold atmosphere roof top, with a pathetic pre set micro fruit salad and miniature croissant.... service is typically on a forced smile mode. overrated.
