Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving. Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger.

We had the most wonderful stay with Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah. Everyone is accommodating and cheerful! We were served by Reception Lady by the name of Ms Bestra (if I remembered her name correctly) during our check in and check out. She was very pleasant and kind. The breakfast was superb! The team brought a cake and surprised my son with singing Happy Birthday song! Hotel also gave us nice dessert to our room and also at the breakfast table! We will come back here again! The room itself is exceptional! It was a short 1 night with InterContinental but definitely a memorable one! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Great hotel. Convinient connected to a mall.. But they don't really have a kids club, just a play area near the kid's pool.

NO HOT WATER! WHAT?! It's normally a hotel with good value but between no hot water and a phone line that keeps cutting off to the concierge, for this particular trip it's a serious blow to my enjoyment.

Location is next to Pondok Indah Mall (direct entry to PIM 2). Clean spacious rooms, big breakfast spread and most of all, staffs are very welcoming and professional! Nice pool area and a small corner for children slides and wading pool! Highly recommended for families and shoppers!
