Gym is closed until Feb 2025 (see pic) and Onsen was dirty, filthy green-ish water, and broken equipments. Room was dusty, bedsheet stained, no bath towel (only hand towel provided), and dirty stained bathroom. Location is ok and staff are friendly.

Nice themed hotel with rooftop restaurant, manga corner, and onsen hot bath.

Good experience

My go-to-place every time I left my house key at the office and too lazy to pick it up. Always had a good night sleep after soak up my tear in onsen

everything is excellent.. unfortunately they have a separate building for smoking room type (I guess) and the elevator on that building were tiny it only fits 1 people at a time

bedcover with BLOOD spot, your bathmat much better than your towel, slow response from night shift team related with security issues, i call direct line no one pick up, i chat through WA and need 2 hours for reply, meanwhile there was a riot in front of hotel that security said it’s often happened. seems like no one care of guest safety. for spa, there’s a couple treatment massage package, but the therapist standby only 1 person until 17.00.. the room also smelly.

Used to love them because of their clean room & linen. But now, the cleanliness level getting lower. Found many bloodspot on my bedsheet, and the bathtowel smells weird (un Apart from the lower cleanliness level, this hotel is very comfortable, friendly employees, fast service, and best location.

Great hotel in general. Highly japanese themed room and bathroom, yet the room is spacious. Cleanliness is great although I found some ants and mosquitoes in my room. The onsen is also a unique plus point for staying here. Breakfast is tasty, although if you come too close to the closing time, some of the food might run out. Good value for money overall.

Nice hotel, very clean. Love the smell once i enter the lobby. It’s a bamboo smell according to the front office and it come from Japan. Thought i can buy it somewhere..

Very difficult to tell. It is totally not an Okura prestige from Bangkok. The staff is very polite, but too many small errors: +++ Eagerness to help staff Breakfast very good and abundant enough Deep bath Electric heated toilet with internal bidet Room atmosphere. Location (very near many clubs, also Brexit club, but dont recommend going there, was in and out within 5 minutes, 200.000 rupiah. Not a lot of people, no atmosphere). Massage Japanese Special Japanese things - - - Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours. Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs. The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement. I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed. Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish. A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am. I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program). Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality. But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music
