It was really nice to stay here. The rooms are clean, the location is strategies. I highly recommend this place.

Nice spacious suite. Clean beds nice location. However, some parts is very dirty. Cockroaches can be seen running around. There are also only three lifts. Hard to access after mealtime.

We booked suite - spacious and pleasant. Beds are comfortable. However there are a few cockroaches running about in the kitchen. The door is also very heavy and slams very hard. The staff at the counter were overworked and looked stressed. There was also only three lifts which made going up and down very troublesome.

Good location, staff is generally helpful. Room is spacious but a bit old. Overall, value for money.

Had an Indonesian family gathering here -in the end I arrived one day early as my apartment in Jakarta electric issues -so stayed three nights with 3 more rooms Friday then 4 rooms Saturday including a 4 bedroom apartment. Its really nice we were on 36 floor mainly -Ricki and other receptionists just great -main point ALL my Indonesian friends loved it -all kitchen stuff worked well as I cooked was a quiet birthday party for 20 pax -overall very satisfied -we will be back.

Run-down hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene not their priority. Air-conditioning not up to hotel standard Cockroaches found roaming in the room

I booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again

The biggest problem is waiting for elevators . On the day of checkin, I have to wait for 20+minute to reach my room 3309. I have many visitors Wisit’s me during my stay and all were complaining about the elevators problem. Out of three elevators, only two are functioning. Sometimes I had to use service lift to come down. Do improve this service and visitor will be happy

Excellent value for money,big room very comfortable.Beautiful clean swimming pool with a cafe with well priced food. Service good.Restaurant good.Housekeeping good.Location good. I will 100% stay again.

Warning! The premises has three residence lifts & one staff service lift. Only one of the three residence lifts are working. One lift can accommodate 11 people. No aircon inside lift! Staff lift will zoom pass your level. If you lucky and staff lift will open at your level just hop in even though going up. Other than that location is good.

I have been living in this hotel for several years. Rooms are quite spacious, although the facility is a outdated. Lot of choices for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Andi, who is very nice and help me a lot. Thank you Mr. Andi. I recommend this hotel.
