Horison Ultima Suite & Residences Rasuna Jakarta recensioner

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I was assigned with a suite room 1801. The room condition is ENTIRELY DIFFERENT from those pictures published in the Trip.com page. I would rather put it as the hotel is with ill intention, using different pictures of their rooms to deceive and entice travellers to book rooms with them. Notes to Trip.com : Your MUST revise the existing policies and standards to eliminate such irresponsible, unethical, and substandard hotels from using your platform or else, it will bring disaster to the good name of your esteemed hotel & flight booking platform. Also, your should improve the existing SOP or training standard to your Agents with focus in the area of handling customers-members refund experience and complaints.

The building is old, the room is dirty and smelly, there's also cocroach in the bathroom and living room. The bedsheet and pillow case alreaady worn out. Not recomended to stay here.

The hotel is very old. Aircon leaking. Toilet is dirty. Pillows and towels have stains. Used to stay there before covid. It seems that it has not been maintained. Don’t think will come back again.

Nice hotel, perfect location, but the hotel need renovation, bath room is old. Breakfast buffet quality is low. Food is cold and quality is poor.

The hotel is fantastic for it's location. That's probably the only good thing about it. This property is old, furnishings are old and seems poorly maintained, my shower head broke during the first night, bathroom tap is broken and poorly sealed, felt like if I yank it hard, I could pull the tap out from the sink.. Service is prompt though. What I couldnt stand is the pest problems. I have constant visits from roaches, ants! That is most intolerable! That said, I wish the hotel will improve their standards. Until then I will stay away from them in my future visits to Jakarta.

Been here for a few times,, and so far I don't have any complaints till today.. In the amenities it wrote provided with ironing equipment,, but nothing there nor washing machine as we used to get it in other rooms we booked before.... Other than that,, all is okay... Will be still on my list for my next holiday or staycation....

The food for breakfast was good and ample of choice. There are no issues with the location. However, the management will definitely need to look into improving the quality of the rooms to make them more presentable and competitive with the other hotels in the future.

Hotel is old and worn. But it is okay for a simple stay. Right next to a mosque so the 4am prayer call was hard to sleep through.
