The room was neat and tidy and a perfect temperature. The check in / out was super easy and the staff were lovely! The bed linens were clean and smelled fresh. Shower worked well, there may need to be another longer shelf in the bathroom for sundry items (lotions, contact cases, toothpaste.) The hotel is close in to where I was headed, so that was nice as well. Easy to find, clean and well kept, will definately stay again!

Paid a HUGE amount ($719.02) for 2 nights in a disgusting room. Couldn’t check in 1/2 hr early Microwave not plugged in - couldn’t turn on TV disconnected Power outage Only light stream in the shower No bathroom window curtain No coffee maker in room - only in office - which didn’t open until 9AM

We have been to the bluebird day inn twice this month, doing overnigh for skiing at sierra at Tahoe resort. We found it to be clean, spacious, fridge, microwave with no shortage of clean towels and good location. Slept like a baby. What else do you need?

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home and invited to a 4th of July bbq in the grounds of the motel. Staff/owners super friendly and happy to help with any queries we had. Rooms were clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. 100% we would stay here again. Oh! and Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. Stay here and enjoy

this is the worst motel in which i have ever stayed. rooms were cramped and small, not clean, the toilet was loose on the floor, the air conditioner was loud and ineffective and there was no ice. the stairs to the second floor were rickety and the tread was very worn. the website is very misleading and the photos are not representative of how small the rooms actually are.
