衹要去總部出差必選這裏，酒店餐飲很好，非常喜歡和享受，樂在其中，周邊有奧萊店，吃喝，購物什麼的都可以。

Mandy at reception went above and beyond for me and my colleague for our stay. She is the best I’ve come across in the premier inn organisation a++ I meant to use 200 plus characters in this review so I don’t know how many characters it takes to says she is the best I’ve ever had when staying at this sort of place.

The bed was super comfy and the room very clean. The shower wasn’t very powerful and the room was very cold on arrival. I soon worked out how to power up the heating! Food and staff were superb. Not enough towels for guests but all in all a lovely stay. I love the late check out.

Negative - Left over crispy chicken, along with someone else's vape and a hair clip under my bed... Not sure the room was cleaned overly well. Breakfast was bleak. Not sure it was worth £10.99. I'm vegetarian and ordered sausages and bacon which came overcooked and inedible. Positive - Easy to find, free parking, friendly staff.

10 out of 10 for our stay. We were travelling from Cornwall to Newcastle on the thursday night. We booked the premier Inn to get a good nights sleep. Which is what we got. The room was really clean so was the bathroom. Bed was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was really good value for money. Very tasty and lots of choices.

We will only stay in a premier inn with open windows. Lovely welcome when we arrived and room was ready a little early but we were prepared to sit and wait 20 minutes till 3pm. Room was very clean and cool with the window open. We cannot stay in the hotels with air conditioning as it is too hot and stuffy with the sealed windows. Therefore do not stay in Premier inn very often now as we used too

We've stayed here many times. Great hotel, close to visiting family. Best thing I find about this hotel are the staff... they're great. Very helpful always smiling. The restaurant is good, food is ok The staff are amazing, always smiling, very chatty really helpful.

A little Gem! I have stayed in many Premier Inn's before so used to what you get. Staff really nice and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. From arriving to departing staff can't do enough for you. Just remember to register you vehicle reg when you arrive.
