I think that the staff are very helpful and accommodating, absolutely 1st class. A rarity in these times. I wouldn't change anything about stay. Very polite and always there tohelp. Great nice sleep very comfy. Would definitely would come back. Looking forward tom my next stay

Well positioned on a well used rote but quite once inside the hotel. Full of caring staff. Once the addition of in-house dining is opened it will be so good. Breakfast was outstanding. Maybe a little expensive but well worth the money especially with a good car park and next to a famous pub.

Garry was very helpful and sorted out an issue for me which made my stay even more enjoyable with his help. Also when booking in Soxy was very knowledgeable about the area and also very helpful and efficient being very busy. Breakfast very good with lots of choice.

Pretty poor standard for a Premier Inn. On arrival we were greeted (use this term very loosely as he was disinterested) by a guy on reception. We were given a key card to room 209, and upon entering could see that the room had not been cleaned! The bed covers were crumpled as if someone had been sitting on the bed & there was a dirty mug on the side. Went back to reception to complain, told guy on reception & his response was "that's interesting, very interesting" I was not impressed, we'd travelled from Yorkshire & his manner was bordering sarcastic/rude. We were given room 309, got in & it was ok, but not up to Premier Inn standard-grubby net curtain, paint missing from door frame, sachets of sugar under the bed. I went to have a shower & there was 1 towel! Now I'm all for sharing with my other half, but 1 towel between 2 of us, is not acceptable. Back to reception again for more towels.. Only good thing was the comfy bed & quietness if the room considering its set back from the A43 Breakfast.. not worth £10.99, several items missing & not replenished, also very greasy bacon, it was sat in a bath of oil, very disappointing considering we hadn't eaten djnde 3pm the previous day. Hotel may be in a good location but it's definitely poor for a Premier inn

22/04/25 - I was treated to a lovely smile and warm greeting from Soxy, again, and an excellent helpful check-in to #24. Nice to be remembered from my last visit and professionally helped with my requests. Room was very clean with sufficiently stocked refreshments .

Stayed at the silverstone premier inn, the night before Japfest at Silverstone, so a lot of car enthusiasts stayed that night.. Staff knew it was going to be a busy night and only looked like a couple were on shift.. (bad managment?) The staff were amazing we didn't ask for much but I'd expect nothing would have been too much for them to try and accommodate. We was given a list of local takeaways that deliver and offered plates to use from the kitchen. Only issue no aircon, I suspect not every room in every premier inn has aircon but every room I've stayed in at a premier inn has had air con. So would be worth investing in as this is the only thing that made for ab uncomfortable night.

Last few years we have stayed at Northampton Premier inn and after having bad experiences every time. We chose to stay at Premier silverstone i was expecting it to be more expensive but it was cheaper. The hotel is so much cleaner!! And staff are so much more welcoming. I will definitely now be staying at Silverstone for our yearly car show. Soxy is lovely. Hope to see her again next year x

We stayed her last Friday night and I’ve got to say it was an excellent experience ! We are a family of 5 my eldest son is in a wheelchair so we needed two rooms one accessible one family . We couldn’t get hold of the hotel prior to our visit but left a message on the number we were given, so was worried we wouldn’t get rooms at least close by each other. When we arrive I cannot remeber the lady’s name but she had long blonde hair . She was so helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble! Very chatty to and was asking our plans etc and was giving us tips etc. we had rooms next to each other with a door which we could open so we were all together. We all had the perfect nights sleep the area is so quiet and the beds are so comfortable. In the morning my husband and two youngest had the breakfast bufffet kids eat free! They said it was lovely and tasty and came back with full tummy’s! Cannot recommend enough! We will definitely be back soon!!

I stay in PremierIn's 4 days a week up and down the country and 99% of times I'm impressed with what i get but this site is a different level. Great place with great staff the lady Soxy behind the counter might be one of the loveliest ladies I have ever met and made what notoriously is a pain (checking in) and absolute pleasure.
