nice hotel and worth. recommended. parking also free and staff also very good

The room was very spacious, however, I had to sleep with the window open because there was a strange smell that made me difficult to breathe

Very accessible & friendly staff. Less than 10 mins to Swan River. Plenty nice recipes & suggest to make reservations before visiting

Old and tired how ever there is free parking. Owner of hotel must be making big bucks little or very poor amenities but charging $150 per night

When checked in, asked to pay deposit. The refund for the deposit was so slow. Since 2 weeks has gone, still refunded

Getting old and tired but that is Perth standard anyway even at $150 a night.

Superb location

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and spacious room. We rented a car during our stay in Perth, so it does not bother us that the hotel is a distance away from the city area. Furthermore, the parking here is free compared to hotel in the city which charges for parking. The room comes with balcony and great view of the city landscape.

I would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter. I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!! As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here. The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious. The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy. Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much.

cockroaches in the bedroom… yikes… but apart from that… ok.

Location & price were key selection factors. It did not disappoint. Almost full house for Oct 2024. My 1 only comment is no toothbrush or razor provided which even at budget class hotels in my country is given. Added benefit was on site parking. All in meets all my needs

Stayed here overnight whilst husband was in Royal Perth Hospital. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor which faced the main road. Couch needs replacing but other than that room was very clean and comfortable for my needs. Location is great for access to the city centre Crown entertainment precinct. Older property but the cleanliness and fantastic service from the staff made up for it. Room service was excellent and food good.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed very much the fried eggs breakfast. 

Booking by prepay, but hotel overcharged for $115. Everything is all good, but not void my credit card. Watch out this hotel
