Riverview Resort

We loved our stay at Riverview. The experience of being on the Parker River was very relaxing and picturesque. Central to the cape we were able to explore and sightsee the many beautiful sights. The two bedroom unit was well equipped and comfortable. The community kitchen was a nice opportunity to socialize with some other guests.

We stayed in the Riverview Resort on the Memorial Day week. Everything was fine except the fact that the resort has only partial kitchens even in one and two bedroom units. We like the cape Cod area: many trails, parks and beaches. Highway 6A is very scenic. Most of the roads are in a very good condition.

Great for families Booked the two-bedroom suite. Great for multiple families. Has two full bathrooms and a 3rd half bath.

Not the best It was really dirty (like months of dust built up on top of the shower). Repeatedly had to ask for more toilet paper we were there for a week and they gave us two rolls, one night we even had to call the emergency line just for toilet paper & set of sheets. The beds were very hard. They also wouldn’t give us money back for checking out a day early even though it was over 24 hour notice (it was a family emergency)

I spent 5 nights here and was really impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was a one bedroom suite and it was huge - two bathrooms, one enormous bed and a sofa bed, great kitchen facilities (microwave no oven). Really helpful team and general manager Jeff who went over and above to help me.

Staying the week of the indigenous people/columbus day holiday was a perfect time to be there. Friday to Friday stay. It was quiet. The hotel was clean and orderly. Stayed in a studio room—again, very clean and stocked with the essentials needed. I had brought my own paper goods and kitchen cleaning essentials like dish soap but those were provided. Full sized fridge was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Large TV worked, WiFi was strong and consistent. Parking was great. The grounds were very clean and well kept and look just like the online pics—and the marina is beautiful. All in all a great experience and will be back.
