The units were clean and staff were great. The units run parallel to a busy road and have both a bedroom window and a door facing the street. The windows are twin glaze but the road noise remains a negative factor. If you are a light sleeper then this may not work for you. The building is one block that runs parallel to the road so there is no quieter room to move to.

First time at this resort. Very happy with all aspects of our stay. The idea of making Yarmouth beach parking passes available to guests is an excellent one and certainly adds value to any high season stay. Captain Parkers pub over the road proved to be an ideal local for a drink or for dinner.

A great vacation with very good location to beaches and stores. Mini golf across the street and Italian restaurant next to location. The front desk was very helpful and did a great job at hospitality. Day passes at beaches at no charge prior to 4pm. A wonderful choice.

It's just OK the place was clean the staff not so friendly. It's across from Pirates Cove so that's good for kids.

Very clean place and quiet...had all amenities we needed. swimming pool, basket ball court and fitness room as well. Even saw the fireworks from my balcony.

Just back from our trip at the Cape. Stayed at Pier 7. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Indoor pool only but has loungers to sit outside. Crafts with the two ladies were terrific for the kids. A little traffic noise in front rooms. Super darkening shades were nice. Clean and roomy. I would stay again.

The location was great. Easy to walk to different things. Only complaint, water in rooms is only Luke warm, so no hot showers.

While the space is hotel room tiny, which is why it is called a studio, it worked for our family (2 units) as we spent the majority of our time away from the community and out and about touring Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Clean and neat. Keep that in mind while staying here. Othewise, it is perfectly acceptable accommodations for a couple.

The location was bad facing a busy road, the unit smelled and all the staff provided was a spray air freshener. Don't wait you time on this place
