Southampton Centre Dolphin Hotel

巨差的酒店，隔音效果奇差，窗户關不上，門感覺一撞就開，半夜樓上的腳步聲感覺就在耳朵邊還伴隨有膠鞋摩擦的聲音完全不敢睡覺！

怎麼説呢 我覺得一切都好 出行方便 唯一的缺點就是沒有洗衣機

I first stayed here 14 years ago; on my last visit it's clear it has not been maintained or refurbished since then. Rooms are shabby and horrible. Everything about this hotel speaks of neglect and contempt for paying guests. My room was very warm, so opened the window at night only to find a strip club with people shouting in the street till 5am, leaving 1 hour peace and quiet before the busy bus route outside starts at 6am. Breakfast food is lowest quality but very expensive. We ended up walking to Gregg's or there is a Witherspoon's full of alcoholics propping up the bar at 8am which would do better quality in a more pleasant environment.

Avoid at all costs ! It’s a pit We travel round the country to see my son in shows and this place us by far the worst and not the cheapest No basic cleanliness Stained carpets Dirty walls Broken curtain Unhinged bed bases And much much more The staff are friendly that’s the only good thing I can write !

Stayed at this hotel about 12 years ago. Dont remember it being like this. We got the key for room at a good time. Staff nice and friendly, but the hotel its self in need off repair room smelly and carpets marks on them generally very tired think your paying for the location rather than anything else. Which is a shame i would definitely not stay here again unfortunately.

I can't comment on the actual hotel as this is the second time I've booked now to be told my booking has been cancelled within days of my booking. They offered another hotel - shabby and a mile away! ********** were amazing and sorted it all out but I was left having to foot the cost of a much pricier hotel as nothing else was available at such a late stage. It's a shame as I really wanted to stay for the history and its location in terms of the gig venue we are visiting. BUT I will never ever book here again as cannot stand to be messed about.
