Only thing that could be explained better is parking requires payment £5.60 from an app and it’s a pain in the backside to sort.

Very nice hotel, happily had a room upgrade and stayed in a wonderful room! Parking can be challenging, but not expensive in that area. Sea view is amazing!

The bathroom was dirty and with molds. The bedsheets were dirty too and not properly made. Carpet is filthy.

The location of the hotel and staff assistance is top notch. The Albanian Lady Receptionist is amazing (apologies for forgetting her name) It is a fabulous hotel and I will definitely stay again if in the city.

Second stay at this hotel & like the last stay it did not disapont, the only this that could do with improving in the hotels wifi, it was very weak as was my phones network this is probably due to the hotels location being on the sea front. Apart from the nice stay, o would recommend..

The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is a little bit far to the central but it is a quiet place to stay. I would like to complain about the shower head it keeps in falling down and there was no water supply early in the morning. The cleanliness isn't that good as well. The bed top cover and pillows have smudges and looks very nasty. Hope they could wash it too. Flooring could be better if they change the carpet. Looks old and dirty. Other thing is the lift, too small, in the corner, doesn't work well it takes you up to the top floor. Claustrophobic person should not use the lift. That's all.

The room was nice and clean it had nice tv the bed was comfy shower and bath was nice the staff was kind good customer service the location was good the scensory was good wasn’t to far from Southend and the beach

The hotel is quite pleasant and well-maintained, although the furniture does appear a little dated. Good food, and friendly staff.

Thought the lad on reception was a bit miserable if I am honest, however the room itself was pleasant enough, nice and clean, beds are not as good as the likes of the premier inn but was Ok. The bathroom was huge, which consisted of a huge basin and huge walk in shower and a toilet, all of which were relatively new I would have thought. 10/10 for the bathroom. Didn’t really explorer the hotels other facilities, food was expensive so choice to eat elsewhere, you can walk into the main town centre in 12 minutes. All in all the place was above average and I would stay there again should the price was good and I required to stay in that location.
