The Talbot Hotel

Great accommodation. Room was lovely. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely en suite with great shower. We were really impressed with the beautiful kitchen and dining facilities provided. The owners have given a lot of thought to the added extras they have made available for guests to use during their stay. The hotel itself was conveniently situated close to the railway station and town but in a nice quiet location with the added bonus of a car park. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be returning.

The cleanliness is next to none. Customer service is excellent. Space, atmosphere, management's response to concern is excellent. Thanks to each and every staffs especially the cleaning team. I would definitely recommend it everyone anytime.

Fantastic 1 night stay in the Aston suite beautifully presented extra large room stylish decor throughout including the bathroom we used nigella kitchen well equipped & clean would highly recommend quiet street close to restaurant pubs

We have stayed here before so this was a rebooking and we will certainly be staying there again next time we visit Southport. The hotel is very conveniently located - it's an easy walk to Lord Street, Marine Lake etc. Everything was really clean, tidy, and well presented. The kitchen has excellent facilities, and plenty of storage clearly labelled as areas for each room. We only used the kitchen to store cold drinks and it seemed little used even though I believe the hotel was full the weekend we stayed. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchens. We haven't met the owners but they are very responsive. This time we stayed in a suite and we will certainly be booking it again, although on a previous stay we were very happy with a regular room. Happy to recommend!

Great room, we stayed in the suite and it’s huge. Lovely to have a living room to chill out in. Love the additional kitchen and dining area - had we been staying longer we would have definitely used this. Good location close to town, but on a quiet street.

Would recommend to anyone staying for a few of days or longer!! Hosts very welcoming and always helpful from the start. Room and kitchen always clean all round. Comfortable, quiet and ideal location! Everything you need in your room from brew facilities to TV. Great stay Thank you!
