Lynwood House

We have stayed here a couple of times, all an outstanding time . Amazing rooms ,, everywhere is spotless, spacious room. The communal kitchen is well equipped. Lovely bedding,,,,comfy beds . Amanda & Tiffany and team keep the place spotless!!

Another fantastic stay at Lynnwood House, second time we have stayed there. Stayed in room 1, lovely big room, lovely comfy bed, fluffy pillows, nice bathroom, so clean. Wouldn't stay anywhere else Communication was good too Close to all bars on Lord Street

Lovely clean room, as 2 very socially anxious people me and my partner loved not having to speak to anyone for checking in and out, it was such an easy process. The bed was the best ive ever slept in compared to other hotels we've stayed in and we got a lovely surprise on our 2nd day returning to the hotel and seeing a note with my name on with some chocolates inside, was a very kind gesture thank you! I have told friends and family about this place and hope they all decide to use it as we definitely will again.

This hotel is NOT disabled friendly. The room was well designed and comfortable. Access to the accommodation is difficult if you have disabilities there are 3 stone steps a tiled area and 2 more steps, the tiled area is slippery when wet and no hand rail. The 2 front doors are narrow the first door only one side was open. Then you have to navigate a key code. Room 1 has a step down to it, there is no reception. The room was lovely, but the shower was too hot. The car park was a nightmare and on 2nd day had to park 10 minutes away and inconsiderate other guests. I have stayed at hotels with breakfast rooms but there was at least milk, cereal, bread and butter.

Lovely two night stay, check in was so easy. Room great very clean the bed was sooo comfortable. Didn't really use the communal areas but they looked really nice, modern and again everything very clean. Definitely recommend and would book again.

We stayed in the Garden by the Bay Apartment. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and entertainment. Grocery store within walking distance. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy and the apartment is well maintained and clean - fresh towels upon request. Amanda is the best! Extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
