Friendly staff albeit dated hotel. Stayed for work so was there for 2 nights. If you like dated hotels then this is a charm. It actually had character and everything you need in the room. I arrived rotary club night so no food but had it explained happy to have take away delivered no problem at all. Offered to carry bags up, did not need help, but just lovely check in. Breakfast was simple but enough and quick and gentleman serving was so polite and lovely. Couldnt fault it. As a female travelling alone some places when I eat I can feel conspicious but here I didnt. Thats very important to me. Parking ample. Quiet at night. No problem with hotel at all.

We were married at the venue in September 2024 and our dealings with the hotel management team from the initial meeting onwards allowed us together to create our perfect wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and everything during the day flowed perfectly for us and our guests. We were able to offer an excellent choice of menu catering for all tastes which was enjoyed by all. Our chosen decor was presented immaculately and expertly. The whole event which we had planned far exceeded our expectations and we and our guests had an amazing day.

We had our wedding at the Woodlands Hotel in Spalding on 13/7/24, and it truly was the most perfect day. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Gan, the manager, was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was just right. His staff were brilliant throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and they made us feel so special on our big day. The food was absolutely amazing – all our guests were raving about how delicious everything was! The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we will remember it forever. A huge thank you to Gan and the entire team for helping make our wedding day unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or better people to share our day with. Kelvin & Chloe

We had a lovely experience at the Woodlands Hotel during a wedding event. The team there went above and beyond to ensure everything ran well. The service was outstanding, and the attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion! The rooms could do with a refresh, but were perfectly serviceable.

The Woodlands Hotel hosted our wedding ceremony in June 2024, followed by an Afternoon Tea and Evening Reception. Gan and his team were amazing and could not do enough for us and our guests. Nothing was too much trouble and all our needs were accommodated superbly. The food was incredible, so much choice and a very high standard - far too much! 😂 Bridal Suite - spacious, bright and very comfortable . All in all a wonderful day was had by us and all our guests. Great value for money. Thank you Gan and your Team xx 😊

Gan and the rest of the team at the Woodlands Hotel were absolutely amazing. We held our wedding there in June, and they couldn't do enough for us. Everything was perfect, the food was lovely, the rooms were spacious and we were given all the time we needed to make our day special - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Gan and team.

The Woodlands Hotel hosted our wedding on 20th July and we had an absolutely wonderful day in all respects thanks, in no small part, to Gan and Nicky and their amazing team. They all worked so hard on a very hot day to make sure that our special day was indeed very special. We were so impressed with the organisation and delivery, seamless transition from the wedding ceremony, to the wedding breakfast, to the evening reception, it all ran like clockwork. We had an excellent menu for the wedding breakfast, really lovely food with first class service from start to finish. The evening buffet was superb with a varied tasty fare. The Woodlands had a warm welcome for all with friendly, helpful staff, a lovely bridal suite and excellent b&b accommodation for our guests with a great Full English and plenty of parking. Gan was really helpful and accommodating with our specific wedding plans. The Woodlands Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding, providing us with everything we could have wished for and all at exceptional value.

We had our wedding at the Woodlands hotel on Saturday August 10th and I cannot say enough about Gan, Nicky and the rest of the staff. They ensured the whole day went without a hitch and was the perfect day we hoped for. The Service itself was wonderful, as was the Wedding Breakfast. I have received nothing but positive praise for the food and the service. Gan is an absolute star and he and the team go above and beyond to make sure everything is just how you want it! Alan, the DJ was fantastic and played a fabulous set. I have nothing but praise from all our guests for the organisation and customer service they received. So thank you Gan and team for helping make our day such a wonderful day

What a lovely warm welcome even though they were busy with a wedding. Had a lovely downstairs room as I'd requested, clean with comfortable bed. Plenty of tea, coffee & hot chocolate, biscuits too! Shower was great, very powerful! Adequate storage space for clothes if you were staying a little longer. Tv worked well. And to end our stay breakfast was great too...cereals, fruit, yogurt, full English, toast, quality jams etc...all in all very impressed! Thankyou.
