Travelodge Liverpool John Lennon Airport

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and it's always been fine until recently. Dont usually do this, but the attitude of the supervisor on reception her name was Alison i told her i was going to make a complaint but he didn't seem bothered this is unacceptable she was quite rude, and her response to things were not very nice it used to be a nice hotel also the night staff are very nice maybe you should change your staff around.

We stayed over Easter weekend to visit family that lives nearby. Lia and then team looked after us so well. They were quite busy with a group of youngsters staying over as well but it's nice to see the quality of the service didn't falter. The nice friendly smiles of Praja and Kai were there to greet us both when we arrived and at breakfast. For sure one of the most lovely and welcoming hotels. Will return!

Great welcome, efficient staff good food, if basic. Not sure the breakfast sausages are as claimed Cumberland Overall good

This would be a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the problems guests were having with their door and lift cards, which constantly had to be re-registered. This meant a lot of going up and down in lifts to sort out but staff were very helpful - it wasn’t their fault.

The location is good as you would expect for an airport hotel. We were able to catch a bus from Liverpool One- and walk to catch our flight- around a 15 minute trundle with our luggage. Check in smooth, staff pleasant, room clean with a comfortable bed. Luckily nice and quiet when we stayed and we paid £47. Spot on. Thanks guys

I stayed in this hotel per my work training Monday- Friday for 16 weeks. The team looked after me for the duration of my stay with the highest quality communication, person centred support, fabulous services and even better food! I had no complaints whatsoever so ever. They made tweaks to make my stay as comfortable as possible especially with being such a long term stay. The team particularly Zoe, Carl, Lia the Manager and Tony really took me under their wing and made me feel at home. In fact, I feel sad coming to the end of my stay, the team have been absolutely fantastic and I would recommend every aspect of their accommodation from the immaculate condition of the rooms and en-suite to the personalised approach across the entire team.
