We were going to Wimbledon, so it was a great location close to Walton for food and then 35 minutes to Wimbledon. Rooms quite tired, but did the job.

It is very quiet and at the same time with good facilities and the surrounding area is open and green and also very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. I was very satisfied

Fantastic such lovely staff. The hotel was clean and tidy. There was a big event on but they made sure everyone was looked after. The bar staff and Reception staff were happy to help in any way and the kitchen/waiting staff too. The leisure facilities were lush.

房間比較小，位置有點偏。走出去最近的商店需要15-20分鐘。雖然靠近河邊，但是酒店附件靠近河都是別人的私有地。25分鐘走到對岸可以欣賞河景

A very pleasant view on entering the hotel. Booking in was fairly quick although another form needed fiĺling in. Nearly all that information was on the booking form and yet we were asked for it again. eg my email.

Staff were excellent throughout and very accommodating. Pool was lovely. The restaurant and bar area very modern etc.
Only downside was the sleeping. I personally found the bed very hard, but appreciate thats a matter of taste. Was first from from the main stairwell so heard alot of cominfs and goings through night and someone playing knock, knock ginger on room at 1am! But again appreciate can't control residents!
My parents had a disabled room as mum is in an electric wheelchair. It was very tight to get into the bathroom and really not alot of room for her to manoeuvre. So for me (and its a grip for most hotel chains) the disabled room is not user friendly at all and also no option for twin beds in the disabled rooms.
But otherwise hotel in quiet location. Slightly unfair parking costs when there is no other option to park there as you are not near anything!

After staying a week it was clear that this hotel had issues .. rooms not cleaned properly , dirty cups left and not up to standard . Room service meal was awful and found plastic in my dinner … the staff however are very good and professional
No EV charging points which was a shame as it does have a big car park .
The hotel itself is smart and modern
Just lets itself down and with a few tweaks would be super !

Have stayed at the hotel a few times now and like it very much.
The only fly in the ointment with our most recent stay was that we received a parking ticket for parking in the hotel car park. Even though we checked in and booked the car in on the screen at reception, this did not prevent us being threatened with the fine, which was swiftly dealt with by the hotel staff and revoked.
We understand these things happen, and it would not stop us from rebooking with the hotel.
