Outstanding accommodation -clean, comfortable, close location to the beach,cafes ,restaurants and shops. Tina -our manager and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Tina even organised our washing to be done 🤗Tina messaged the attractions to my What’s App. Beautiful breakfast every day.

Beautiful and clean hotel apartment. Aircon of good quality. Nice yard for breakfast with garden. Welcoming and friendly owners. Very near ayia marina beach which was convenient. Also near old port. I recommend it, especially first floor rooms which have a nice view. Thank you Elena and Christos

this small hotel is an amazing find it’s family run and the breakfast is amazing especially the homemade cakes very comfortable bed and the rooms are lovely very friendly and helpful staff would really recommend it’s a little walk from the main town which after a while you get used to

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! Absolute rude people and very dirty! The hotel keeps deleting bad reviews. My friends shared the same experience that me and my husband had. All wrote their reviews which are no where to be found. This is misleading for people who are looking to spend a nice holiday and should be reported as I am doing now. There are many more better options in spetses ( Orlof hotel, Vanas apartments, Posidonio grand hotel or even an airbnb). The hotel stuff use hurtful and rude words and are not treating the customers as they deserve to. The room was dirty and no cleaning lady ever came eventhough in the description when you book the hotel mentions that the room is to be cleaned every day. Nonetheless we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The tv was also not even working. -Terrible decision to book this hotel.

The owners were very pleasant, friendly qnd going out of their way to be of help if needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and well equipped with TV and air conditioning. Ideal location. Nearby there is a supermarket, the beach is a 8-minute walk away, the old harbour is a 5-minute walk Looking forward to return

Mimoza Hotel is absolutely great! Its a spotless clean traditional greek house and the owners Tina and Maria are of extreme kindness! Every room has a lot of natural light coming in and the air conditioning is really pleasant! Breakfast is delicious as they have an impressive buffet with many home made things. We wished our stay there had never ended because we could really relax in such a beautiful place! Thank you

Mimoza is a remarkable place, run with exceptional care and generosity. Tina and her family are always available to provide any information or assistance. It is rare to encounter such kindness. When I mentioned my allergy problems, Tina's mother kindly prepared food that was suitable for me. Furthermore, the structure is very nice and has meticulous attention to detail, and it is located conveniently near the Old Port, one of our favorite spots. Mimoza is undoubtedly the place to stay to feel pampered and enjoy the island's beauty!

We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel, about a 15 minute walk from the port and easy to find in the direction of the old port. Tina & her staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and we had a small balcony as well as a large terrace (room 202). The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the homemade cakes & jams very much, as well as the savoury dishes. We ate at Baboulina, a traditional taverna in town, but our favourite place was To Paxni a 10 minute walk from Mimoza which served delicious barbecued meats, and salads and vegetables from their own garden, as well as their own wines. I highly recommend a stay at Mimoza if you visit Spetses. Thank you Tina!
