Super 8 by Wyndham Spirit Lake/Okoboji

Overall is a very Clean motel, Friendly staff and the usual breakfast. Nice location with plenty of restaurants close by

It was dirty and service was horrible. I will stay somewhere else next time. Charged for services not recieved

The check in/out process was a snap. We spent very little time at the desk and the front desk agent was kind & professional. Our room had a musty smell upon entering. The sheets were washed but had a stain. Overall, we slept well and the hotel itself was quiet.

The hotel location was perfect. Near to the lake. Hotel staffs were friendly and nice too. They even recommend a local restaurant where the prices are reasonable and big portion. Thumbs up :) the room was valued for money and perfect. Thanks for making our trip so memorable with the good service provided.

The place was horrible! The bathrooms had mold, hair on my towels, my socks were black from the carpet/floors and I could go on. The entire hotel smelled like mildew. I paid just about $650 for TWO nights. I was there for work with no other options. I usually don’t leave and negative reviews but the only nice thing I can say, is the guy at the front was nice. I do have pictures of the mold and the dirt even on the light switch.

We stay there for a week and it was great the hotel is very clean and the rooms was great the bed was so comfortable and the staff was so helpful. This hotel is close by Walmart and restaurants and also their was bowling alley by the hotel. Thank you to Super 8 staff.

Booked this hotel for our anniversary as it was within our price range, and had pretty good reviews. Their Wifi connection/internet is so bad as to be unusable. I got kicked off literally every 1-2 minutes; impossible to get any online work accomplished. Pulled the sheets back on my bed the morning of departure, and the bottom sheet was badly stained. Husband said breakfast was minimal, and there was no one tending the breakfast area. There were dirty dishes/cups/utensils piled in the sink because the garbage was overflowing. We were allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated, and the shower was very good. Definitely has some issues that need to be addressed.

We were met by a friendly person at the desk who checked us in a bit early. It was a nice day so we took our books and read for awhile on chairs in front of the motel. Restaurants are nearby. The room was spotlessly clean. New furniture. Everything worked and the motel was quiet so we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine. The price was right. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s difficult to find an affordable place in Boji this time of year. We needed a one night stay and this hotel basically fit the bill. Quick check in. We found accommodations to be somewhat clean. Nothing fancy and your basic hotel room. There was a really strong, weird smell that permeated the room and was quite annoying. Overall, we had a place to spend the night located where we needed to be but at typical summer prices for the area.
