Nirvana Rooms & Apartments

Booked two nights through LoveHolidays, but when I contacted the hotel to confirm the booking they denied that I had a booking. I made a screen shot of the booking confirmation and they offered me a room without a balcony on the first night and then I could move to a room with balcony that I had booked or a different hotel. I chose to stay at the Nirvana. Ivna who I had been in contact with offered me 12Euro in compensation and eventually said they had found the reservation in the mail but not in the "system". That was not a good start. However, meeting Ivna who manages the rooms was good and she was very friendly. Both rooms were clean with good sized bathrooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. It is in a great location, not far from bus station and old Split. The second bedroom with the balcony was really nice. I would recommend getting a balcony for the additional money. The only thing I didn't like (which is why I dropped a star) is the loads of tacky plastic flowers in the room. They are unnecessary, a dust collector and down grades the brand. Take them out.

Existe um conceito hostel-hotel bem interessante, com quartos privativos com bom conforto e estrutura. Existe uma cozinha comunitária com geladeira que permite economias aos hóspedes. A localização é invejável, ficamos a 3 minutos da Old Town Split além de muito próximo do porto de Split e tem 2 padarias 24 horas muito boas relativamente próximas assim como uma Fármacia. Durante os dias de semana, tem uma feira de frutas e verduras a frente e um hipermercado de conveniência. Ponto de atenção é que a água do chuveiro parece-me regulada a cair pouco, nada que comprometa mas faz com o que os banhos fiquem mais demorados. O preço é bastante razoável e a qualidade e presteza dos atendimentos é satisfatória.
