Peace and comfort awaits you at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8, located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Master BR. poses king size bed, walk-in
closet and own bathroom with shower. 2nd. BR. queen size bed, 3rd. BR. queen size bed, 4th.BR. full size bed. Linen closet fully equipped for all guests. Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. Family visit
Loved it. Comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the pool. Property was spotless. Owner was very nice. Easy to deal with. Very kind.

Great Location
We came to Florida over winter break with our 3 Grand Children. The house was very clean and James’ communication was awesome. Highly recommend and will stay again if traveling in this area

Great stay in Spring Hill!
Great location, right off of one of the main thoroughfares in Spring Hill. Host was excellent at communicating and checking in. Would stay again!

Weeki Wachee Spings
The property was conveniently located to everything. Well manicured and clean house the owner was accessible at all times I will recommend this home to others to stay .

Short Spring Hill Stay
We came to Spring Hill for a baby shower for my Niece. Mr. James greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. House was very clean and Homey. Plenty of room and all of the necessities that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. The screened in Lanai was a plus. Would have loved to be able to use the pool but it was too cold outside. Walmart was about 8 minutes away. Definitely Will stay again.

Home Away From Home
Our stay at James’ property was awesome. From the amazing hospitality to the beautiful home, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great, super close to everything! I will definitely look to rebook James’ property on my next trip to Spring Hill.

Family Visit

Birthday weekend
My family and I had an amazing 3day weekend, it was relaxing. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. I definitely enjoyed my birthday weekend.
