Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill

We had a great stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. The location is excellent and super convenient. It is within easy reach of train stations and bus stops. A free city bus stop is located just downstairs from the hotel, which made it really easy to go into town for a leisurely city walk. The room and hotel premises were spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Would happily come back.

I went to the hotel with my husband. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I recommend there

I book room with breakfast, but when I check in the staff tell me that not include breakfast.she insists that I not solve my problem.

I have stayed 3 nights , I asked was a quiet room because i was tired, day 1 i was wake up at 7 by construction work in front of the hotel, the second day i changed room and i was put next to a family with 3 kids always crying before 7am...i changed room a 3rd time and it was okay. I also got one of my bra "lost" in the room. For the price and hotel, my stay was quite a deception... the hotel is located next to a very nice park.

The hotel was clean and the service was very good. The blonde lady who checked me in was so friendly. There is also a patio and it was very clean. The hotel is on a large hill. Unfortunately when I stayed there was a lot of construction at nearby Roma Station, including overnight construction until the end of August. This is not the hotel's fault obviously but be aware.

The cleaners could do a more thorough job as there was sticky residue on the fridge. Aside from the rather loud wake up call of the homeless shouting and swearing every morning, the hotel is overall good and i wouldnt have issues staying again

I would say it is good for now:) but, it would be good that you can upgrade for a long stay guest to be Delux room:) I am a coffee drinker and I like the coffee machine, not the instant one😂☕️😂

Great hotel. A but uphill walk so not ideal for large luggages. There’s a free-loop bus ends around 9pm. Overall decent place to stay.

Super friendly staff! Incredibly soft and big bed. Walkable distance to CBD and trains station right across the street.
