The floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning. Refrigerator didn’t work moved to a new room the air conditioner leaked water on the floor and that room as well. Management only wanted to give me 10% off the original price I like that value me as a customer and they made a lot of excuses, for the reason why the hotel was having issues they say all the builders been here for 10 years so that’s why we have all these issues to me personally I feel like management because no matter how long you had an establishment you should have the proper people in place in order for your establishment to unsuccessfully
