PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO WASH ALL LINENS AND TOWELS AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR STAY AND PLACE THEM IN THE DRYER SO THEY WILL BE CLEAN AND DRY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS. IF YOU DO NOT INDEND TO WASH EVERYTHING AS REQUESTED, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS! FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $250 SURCHARGE! Fully functional generator, hard wired into the house electrical panel, provides power to the home automatically should there be any storm related power outages. The generator also automatically turns on every Saturday morning for 20 minutes to test the system.
