it is a good place to stay when visiting Ipswich. the room is clean.

First time staying in a Holiday Inn, and it was a fairly positive experience. The room was very clean and the attention to detail was good- but the hotel felt outdated, which is a shame. Very peaceful night's sleep with very comfortable beds. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Staff is nice and helpful Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is good

Basic but great value hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were great and very attentive and helpful, breakfast was a nice bonus and had everything you could want. There were gym facilities that we didn’t use but a cool bonus.

Good hospitality

It is a nice surprise to stay in the hotel for weekend. The hotel price is very reasonable, which also included full English Breakfast buffet, to my surprise. The hotel also have swimming pool and Suna though we don't have time to use. The room is also spacious. There are plenty of space for car park just in front of the hotel.

The pool opened late and closed early, they were extremely short on staff and to top it all, we had to pay again at the hotel after we had already paid trip in advance, I am currently in the process of complaining to Keith Barr
