Hotel Riad Qodwa är en dold pärla, perfekt för dem som söker avkoppling och lugn. Tjänsten var exceptionell, städningen oklanderlig och den omgivande miljön förtjusande. Rekommenderas starkt för en lugn tillflyktsort.

Far from the city centre, and the transport provided is never reliable except if you are willing to pay the extra. Too many cats.

L hôtel est à environ 20 minutes en voiture de Marrakech centre ( place jemaa El fna) ce qui est très bien quand on est avec des enfants et qu on a une voiture. Superbe piscine.. Parking gratuit..

We stayed at Riad Qodwa for 5 nights, visiting from the UK. It’s about 35 mins from Marrakech so you need to rely upon their shuttle service which runs twice daily and if you want a ride outside of this time then you’ll pay, which was absolutely no problem as we didn’t expect free transport when we booked something out of the way. The driver Mo Mo was a great guy and really made the effort to communicate with excursion organisers to co-ordinate our transport! The food was really tasty, we had dinner a few times during the week. Breakfast is pretty basic but is enough and you eat as much as you like The gardens are lovely, there are a lot of grounds which are beautifully kept and the peacocks are lovely (sleeping on the trees at night). There are lots of kittens too, really friendly and love a cuddle which was cute! We stayed in feb, there weren’t many guests but it was great as we could relax. The room was pretty basic but served its purpose. If you’re expecting a modern hotel it’s not the place for you, it’s a traditionally styled Moroccan guest house, it’s got a lot of character. The reviews I’ve read are pretty harsh, yes it isn’t a super modern high end hotel, but it’s a quaint and well kept guest house and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again if we returned, it was relaxing, clean, the staff were lovely and they had a WhatsApp number which was helpful when I wanted advice and help. Thank you for a lovely stay!

All I will say is that those who left amazing reviews, have extremely low standards. I would have rather slept on the beach than stayed here!!!! We checked out within the hour.....However, if your a camping type person and don’t mind really roughing it, then its the place for you. The room is certainly full of nature, not in a good way either.

I went for one night in this hotel,before my flight back home.For those who have been in Marakes you know that being out in Marakes by car late at night as a tourist is not safe! I arrived around 10pm and my flight was at 6am.I was exhausted!The lady showed me a horrible room( the last one as she said) full of mold in the walls,under the aircondition,destroyed wood in the door and the bathroom..It was a SHOCK,because this image HAS ΝOTHING to do with the photos! I will upload the photos of room Number 8,where unfortunately where I was obliged to stay,rather than running in the middle of the night in Marakes to find another hotel and lose more time,as I drove from casablanca (4hours). The situation in the restaurant is also awful...destroyed tables,columns,it looks like it is abandoned. Stop faking people with wrong pictures as we are coming for our vacation and not to run our nerves! Finally I stayed without sleeping....

Really lovely peaceful Riad set in a rural area outside the city with Peacocks walking around two pools lovely staff and owner. Free transport to and from Marrakesh which is heavy noisy but worth seeing. When you return back to Qodwa it’s bliss. Will be back.

Returned again to Qodwa. Superb authentic very pleasant Riad. Staff friendly and menu good. Now has two pools in beautiful gardens with plenty of peacocks roaming. I have read some poor reviews but Riads are not EU hotels. It’s clear some uneducated travellers expect too much especially for the price offered. A great place

Very peaceful surroundings with many beautiful friendly peacocks freely walking around. Owner pleasant and lives in the riad. Staff friendly. It’s around twenty minutes out of the city but free transport is laid on if you have booked the through Bookings.com. We did not but it’s easy to get to the city by just walking 5 minutes to the main road….plenty of shared taxis vans and even locals will take you…..1 euro 60p. Nice pool and another large pool ready in a few weeks. Massive gardens with olive and lemon trees. Great stay and will certainly return in the future. Enjoy! We certainly did.
