Today I checked inn ( 27 April 2025 ) at the grand mamta property and I had opted for the MAP (Modified American Plan) which, as advertised, included both breakfast and dinner with a good variety of options. Hotel team stating that due to less occupancy of guests, such a food plan is being given which is not acceptable to us. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the food provided was very limited and did not match what was promised at the time of booking. The variety and portion sizes were far below expectations, and this affected the overall experience of our stay. Additionally, I found the behavior of some restaurant staff members to be quite unprofessional. They were dismissive when we inquired about the meal options included in the MAP plan, and their attitude did not reflect the level of hospitality we had anticipated. I believe in constructive feedback and hope you will look into these concerns seriously to ensure a better experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and, if possible, some clarity on how this will be addressed. Thank you for your attention. M Khalid
