Beautiful property with an even beautiful view of Dal Lake! Homely vibes and friendly people. Its managed by 3 ladies, and special thanks to Kulsum for making me feel completely at home and ease, taking care of everything. No wonder how time flew by sitting and chit-chatting with her. Definitely recommend the place and would love to come back to this place once again.

The stay here was very comfortable. The staff is very courteous. The owner is very helpful. We had a pleasant stay here at tree of life Srinagar. The rooms are spacious and well maintained The location is superb just few minutes walk to dal lake. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent wooden decor, peaceful, quiet. Food is superb, to your choice. This is a place, if you want solitude during your vacation and personalized service. One can spend the whole day watching the expansive Dal Lake. or just step out, walk 100 mt to the Lake front and soak in the cool breeze, and to be sun-bathed. Kulsum & her team was always eager to offer the best of hospitality. Interiors are sparkling clean, and each item is curated, from books to rugs. Enjoy your stay.

Kulsum and her team were bery warm and hospitable. They took good care of us with homely food and service. A cozy homestay property in Srinagar worth a stay. Me Khurshid who is the owner of the property was very warm and ensured our stay was comfortable too.

We stayed at Tree of Life, Lakeside cottages after we returned from Gulmarg. The cottages are cozy and spacious, very well maintained. The staff particularly made the stay very comfortable. Kulsum who attended to all our needs, promptly made the stay very memorable and comfortable. She was polite, friendly and supper proactive. Meals are tasty and the place is equipped with all modern facilities. Would highly recommend staying here, especially if travelling with family. And 10 stars to Kulsum and team for the added hospitality they provided.

This property was one of our highlights of Kashmir trip. We couldn't have asked for a better see off. Kulsum, Nuzhat and Sana have been the best staff to attend the guests and the property. We were fed homestyle Kashmiri veg food on a freezing cold night. This one is far away from conventional hotel stays. Much thanks to Mr. Khurshid for opening his gates to outsiders. The cottage faces Dal lake and is walking distance from the famous Tulip Garden nd Botanical Garden. Would love to revisit in summers . To experience Tree of Life and a blooming Srinagar

The stay was one of the best. I stayed with my wife for our last day in Kashmir before flying out back to home. Kulsum, Nuzhat and Sana were simply amazing with their care and service throughout the day. They gave personal attention to our various needs and ensured we had the best experience for our entire stay. Kudos to the Mr. Khurshid (owner of the property) in setting up an amazing team which ensures the best experience for explorers / travellers / tourists et all. We are definitely looking forward to returning back here with a larger group to have even more fun.

Excellent property with great service from all the staff members. The owner personaly checked whether everything was fine and comfortable. Fresh homely food was served with authentic local flavours and taste. Would highly recommend if you are planning a Srinagar visit in future.
