Hotel Pine Grove Near to Dal Lake recensioner

I booked this hotel for my client. They were happy after staying there...the staff is very hospitable...clean rooms good food...I received many appreciation regarding this hotel.... location of this hotel is excellent....the view is worth watching and soothing to eyes

Very bad experience, the owner charged extra for a 10 year kid and they also didn't give extra blanket when asked.

They gave us below average room first, not the one which was over pictures. Somehow changed the room when we asked them that this is not worth it. Second room was also average where television not working at all & slow room service & dirty bedsheets and pillow covers disappointed with the stay for the amount paid.

Worst hotel ever I had ever seen seriously so bad In toilet there is no jet spray nither hand shower and also room has additional benefits with cockroaches I think this is the poorest hotel in shrinagar don’t recommend this hotel please avoid to book it otherwise your money will waste

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Pinegrove. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff really amazing. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality.

Worthless stay terrible properties and the price was ten time higher of this property how you calculate the price.

Lovely time. Excellent weather and location of hotel at walking distance from dal lake. Enjoyed evening wals ***** the dal lake on boulevard road.

Pine grove very bad staff not coperative no room facilities like sleepers no hand wash soaps staff behaviour very rude. Will never recommend hotel pine grove to anyone

The person at reception is rude and do not have any regard for clients. And hotel is good, location is good, room maintainence is good
