Отель прямо в центре Сринагара. Но пешком до достопримечательностей далековато. Сам номер маленький, мебель, как и сам отель, уставшая. Отель требует реновации. Номер был не очень чистый. Было много волос на полу в ванной. Из плюсов, отель находится на тупиковой улице, не шумно.

Whenever I visit Srinagar hotel royal heritage is my first choice to stay. Rooms are cozy, staffs are very helpful. Moreover you will get a nice cafe and a wonderful restaurant with this hotel. The location is just appropriate to roam around the city. You will get all the public transport as well as hotel has its own contact for the car , they will provide it if you asked for.

Location is right in the centre, it's the best option considering it's location, Parking is limited. Ambience is good. restaurant is superb all type of food is available at reasonable pricing,Service is extremely good and food is fabulous. Quality is adequate. Must appreciate the efforts taken by the staff to make u comfortable and in selection of the menu. Thaali is good if one can eat that much, better option is to go for Ala carte.

Our stay at Hotel royal heritage of Kashmir was an absolute delight. The staff's polite and warm nature made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food quality was exceptional, and the helpfulness of the entire team was commendable. The hotel's convenient location near dal lake was a great advantage for exploring the area easily. Overall, it was a memorable experience filled with tranquility and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended

It’s a second homestaff is very polite friendly and always ready to help. Really very much impressed hotel’s overall decor is very artistic and classyThree times with my request they happily searved me very simple khichadi the way l wanted with curd Breakfast dinner they starve is delicious Our stay was very comfortable

Good hotel, location also good. Walking distance to food street, walking distance to clothing store, staff very friendly and smile. Room was good, neat n tidy and clean. No bad smelling. Breakfast n dinner was good. Spacious room. Lobby hotel also big

Comfortable room for 3 person. Really satisfied with it. Bed is really good. Tv and channel works fine. The interior are modern type which provide more space to repacking stuff in baggages. The reception react pretty fast for request stuff such as iron.

All the staff were amazing, especially Nisar, Waseem (F&B manager), and Shahid. The location of the hotel is very nice.The rooms are small, making it difficult to accommodate an extra bed when traveling with friends and family. and asked for an extra bed, but the room was too small to accommodate it. Considering this, the price they charged did not seem worth it given the size of the rooms.
